It's likely you won't have an interview. But there have been members whose cases were transferred to CSC and then transferred back to their local office which subsequently led to an interview.

Applied for Naturalization based on 5-year Residency

07/09/2017 - filed N400 online

07/10/2017 - NOA

08/03/2017 - biometrics done

02/20/2018 - interview & oath ceremony

Do not assume that if your case gets transferred to the CSC you will not have an interview. In some cases, such as ours, the case was transferred to the CSC, and then transferred to our local USCIS office in which we incurred an interview. I spoke with a USCIS representative on the phone regarding our transfer. She explained that some cases are transferred back to their local office for various reasons,largely due to case loads. She also stated that if it remains for processing at the CSC office, normally, you will not have to attend an interview.

It usually means no interview, but as others have stated, sometimes it can be sent back and you will have an interview after all. That is what happened to us as well.
