Hi guys, I had my medical exam yesterday and on my ds-3025 the doctor checked the box: applicant may be eligible for blanket waiver(s) because vaccination(s) not medically appropriate (as indicated above). He did that because he checked certain boxes with not age appropriate or not required. Will that be a problem when I will apply for AOS? Thanks :)

NOPE when you do AOS you will get that 3025 transferred over to I-693 at a CS and all will be good and they will fill out just the vaccination part and put in an envelope and you will send that off with AOS. Keep a copy of DS 3025 and try and get a copy of medical too in case yours gets lost while doing AOS.

Thanks! I read that you do not need the i-693 if you have all the vaccines, but it seems that many people get RFEs for not having that.

Thanks! I read that you do not need the i-693 if you have all the vaccines, but it seems that many people get RFEs for not having that.

It sounds that it is a good chance I could be RFE too then. I only sent the copy of the DS3025.

you do not need the i-693 if they get a copy of the completed ds-3025 in the mystery brown envelope handed in at the poe... otherwise you do
