Thank you so much to all of you guys who took time to reply...and to fix the wrong placement of my post...hahaha...sorry about that!

Now I know that I can just write or type D/S there :)

I am wondering about something else though...

Since I didn't register for classes, is it possible that I fell out of status? Is there anyway to check that? I mean if that rule of 5 months of break when transfering between schools is true I should be fine, and also a friend of mine received a letter from school warning her about her situation when she didn't register for like 2 months...

I'm just wondering if I need to fill a waiver or if it's not necessary...

In the beginning, my lawyer asked me to maintain my F1 status - what she really meant was not to quit school. I got confused in the beginning too because I was concerned about falling out of status and such. I clarified with her again and she told me I'm no longer F1, my status is now I-485 pending until it's approved or denied. I looked into this issue because I wanted to apply for in-state tuition rate; which found out later that I could by submitting some paperworks.

I also did went to ask my International Advisor regarding falling out of status issue, but he told me to maintain my F1 status until my AOS is approved to avoid complications. *Confused*. I didn't go back to ask again. Anyways, my plan is to adjust for instate tuition rate and still take 12 credits classes which is the requirement for F1 students.

Best Wishes,

moSu
