How long have you been together and are you divorcing her. If she has already received her GC and you can not prove fraud there is not much you can do. My ex wife ask for divorce after she received her permanent residency I went to the USCIS and they told me I could do nothing about it unless I could prove fraud on her part. I could have but chose not to pursue it because of her daughters. Good luck to you

Daniel

Does anyone have any ideas to insure my wife does not get her 10 year visa. PLEASE HELP!!!!

Unless you can prove that she fraudulently obtained the green card there is little that you can do.

If the marriage is broken, divorce and move on.

chaz - I'm sorry about your situation, just reviewed your prior thread about this from may.

I don't know what to tell you about insuring she doesn't get the 10 year card, all I can suggest is

IF there is a clear instance of visa fraud on her part, you should document it and turn it into ICE shift supervisor, face to face, at local USCIS office (get an infopass appointment to go in) then get their advice on what to do next.

Unknown what will happen exactly, but it will be reviewed (again) when / if she files a ROC case on her own.

---

I think you should seek divorce, there are pro bono attornies in your area that give free advice, and the county clerk's office should have some divorce templates that you can use to write your own petition for divorce. But you'll need to get out of the house, and go, see some people face to face about this stuff. Divorce proceedings are state specific, the county clerk at the courthouse can get you started on the right path.

Is there any hope of the two of you going to marriage counseling? I sense you are in deep pain about all of this, and unless something changes drastically (positive or negative) yer gonna be in the same pattern of despair. She could, possibly, make a turn around, start contributing to thte household finances, but I don't think she'll do it based on what you've written so far.

I really feel for you..

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
