Hi all. I just signed up to VisaJourney. I mailed my AOS (I485 and I130 concurrent filing) paperwork in yesterday and I realised that I cannot handle the waiting alone. Before I signed up, I would read through all the forums posted on Visajourney everyday to gain some solace knowing that there are other people going through the same thing we are.

By the way, I did not know that I could sign up for email and text alerts. Do you know if it's too late to sign up for that?

Anyway, good luck to all of us:)

2016-03-16 : Sent N-400 paperwork to Dallas/Lewisville Texas Lockbox via UPS

2016-03-17 : Delivered - signed for by Ross

2016-03-22 : Cheque processed. USCIS Acceptance Confirmation text and email received. Receipt # starts with NBC*

2016-03-26 : Received NOA in the mail. Notice Date: 03/22

2016-04-01 : Received Biometric Notification in the mail. Appointment Date: 04/14

2016-04-05 : Biometric walk in successful at Brooklyn ASC.

2016-04-07 : Received email notification - In line for interview.

2016-06-20 : Received text/email notification - Interview has been scheduled.

2016-06-25 : Interview letter received in the mail. Interview scheduled for 07/26

2016-07-26 : Interview at 12pm at Federal Plaza - Recommended for approval!

2016-08-01 : Text notification - In Line for Oath Ceremony.

2016-08-22 : Text notification - Oath Ceremony has been scheduled.

2016-09-15 : Oath Ceremony scheduled for 8:30am.

To answer my own question for anyone out there who might be wondering, once you get your NOA with a receipt number, you can sign up for email and text alerts on the uscis website.
