Maybe he is like that because he is bored, homesick, or depressed. Just slowdown have a nice talk to him and maybe things will settle down. I've heard of situation in much worse situation than yours and they are now happy together.

Yes so would I but you see, I'm a firm believer in every action has a reaction, whether it's good, bad or in between. And every action has a consequence. Knowingly hurting the ones you love and keep forgiving is looking at the cup with beer goggles on. Thick beer goggles. This is immigration fraud. Leave it to ICE to forgive the actions of an LPR - and remember what those letters represent.

OP looks like you have lot's of evidence to send to ICE, you better print and/or save them on a disk (or a few disks) before it gets lost; as you have been told, calling ICE is not enough, you need to send documents to start a file and cancel your affidavit.

I hope you can find support in your family and friends at this difficult moment.

If he came here for any other reason than to be with her, He has committed fraud. Also, she is still responcible for him and he has left and since she does not know where, it is time to turn in missing person report as he is foreign national.

I FOUND EMAILS MY HUSBAND WAS SENDING ANOTHER WOMAN IN HIS COUNTRY TELLING HER HOW MUCH HE LOVED HER AND SENDING PHOTOS WITH NO CLOTHES. ACCORDING TO THE EMAILS, THIS WOMAN HAS A BABY FROM MY HUSBAND AND JUST TOLD HIM ONE MONTH AGO, THIS IS WHEN THE EMAILS STARTED. THE BABY WAS CONCEIVED AND BORN BEFORE I MET MY HUSBAND. HOWEVER, HE HAS BEEN EMAILING HER TELLING HER HOW MUCH HE LOVES HER AND HOW HE MISSES HER AND TO WAIT FOR HIM. HE EVEN WENT AS FAR AS TO TELL HER THAT HIS WIFE CAME HOME EARLY AT 2PM TODAY SO HE CANT CALL AND THAT I USUALLY COME HOME AT 5:30PM. THERE IS SOMETHING ABOUT WAITING OUT HIS RESIDENCY CARD. I AM COMPLETELY BETRAYED AND AFTER CONFRONTING HIM HE HAS LEFT, WITH HIS BELONGINGS, NO PHONE, NO MONEY. I DID NOT ASK HIM TO LEAVE, BUT I DID ASK TO TELL ME THE TRUTH. HE SAID THIS WOMAN FOUND OUT HE WAS IN USA AND GOT HIS PHONE NUMBER AND CALLED AND TOLD HIM SHE HAD HIS BABY, SHE IS FROM A PREVIOUS RELATIONSHIP. HE DID NOT KNOW ABOUT THE BABY, ETC. THE EMAILS CONFIRM THIS PART, HOWEVER HE DID ALSO SAY HE IS SO SAD AND DEPRESSED HERE AND HE LOVES HER SO MUCH AND TO WAIT FOR HIM. HE TOLD ME HE SAID THESE THINGS BECAUSE THIS IS WHAT SHE WANTED TO HEAR AND SHE WAS THREATENING HIM WITH NEVER BEING ABLE TO SEE HIS DAUGHTER. HE ALSO SAID SHE KEPT DEMANDING VIDEOS AND PICS TO BE SENT BECAUSE HE IS NOT WORKING AND DOES NOT HAVE ANY MONEY TO SEND HER, HE DID THESE THINGS TO BE ABLE TO SEE HIS DAUGHTER ONE DAY. SO HERE I AM LIKE AN IDIOT FOR THE PAST MONTH, WHILE MY HUSBAND IS TAKING PICS W NO CLOTHES AND EMAILING THIS WOMAN WHILE I AM WORKING. I WILL NEVER TRUST HIM AGAIN, I CANNOT BE WITH SOMEONE WHO HAS BETRAYED ME. THANKFULLY WE HAVE NO KIDS TOGETHER.
