Thank you all again. I reported him to ICE...and also his sister who is a permanent resident in another state, the emails have revealed that she was in on it too. I am taking tomorrow off from work to do all the paper work to send to cancel the aff of support and anything else I can. I have never been in this situation before and I thank the VJ community for all the support. I am trying my best to keep my eyes wide open and do everything I can to make sure he cannot hurt me anymore.

ICE has nothing to do with you withdrawing your affidavit of support. ICE is the enforcement arm of Homeland Security that may pursue him.

The step that you should focus on is withdrawing your affidavit of support so that the Adjustment of Status process hits a roadblock. Make an appointment at your local USCIS office to verify that your affidavit of support has been withdrawn.

I work at a domestic violence shelter assisting abused immigrant women. It is not easy to claim abuse. He would have to document this.

And to the person who said we sure do get angry easily over here... How would you feel if you were used for a green card? I feel compassion for her. How heart-breaking to think you have found the love of your life just to find he had alternate plans the entire time. It is people like him that make this process such a difficult process for the rest of us who have legitimate intentions.

Thank you everyone for kind words of support and advice. I called uscis and they said I need to cancel the 129F which would in turn cancel the AOS. I'm not sure I believe the rep I spoke with. Does anyone have the ICE number or website? I have searched and I can't find but mt head isn't on straight. Which office would I pull the Aff of support with? The AOS was transferred to CSC recently, I am thinking there. Thanks again.

The rep you spoke with was wrong. No surprise there. You can't withdraw the I-129F because the benefit you applied for has been granted - he got the visa and entered the US. As others have said, you can still withdraw the affidavit of support. Do this quickly, before CSC approves the AOS. You need to send a written notice to CSC that you are withdrawing the I-864. It would be a good idea to have your signature notarized.

You report the fraud to ICE. You'll find their number in the Important Disclaimer section at the bottom of any page on the VJ forums.

File for a divorce. Have no further contact with him unless there are witnesses. When you pull the rug out from under someone in these circumstances they sometimes take desperate action. If he can make a credible claim of spousal abuse against you then he can still get a green card without you. This is why you shouldn't be alone with him.

NOT TO MENTION HE HAS ANOTHER CHILD A LOT OLDER I KNEW ABOUT AND WAS SENDING MONEY TO THE CHILDS MOTHER WHILE HIS PAPERS WERE PENDING. THERE IS ALSO AN EMAIL WHERE HE CALLED ME DEROGATORY NAMES AND SAID HOW I ALSMOST CAUGHT HIM ONLINE TALKING TO HER BECAUSE I CAME HOME EARLY FROM WORK, BUT HOW HE IS SMART AND DELETES ALL THE EVIDENCE. THANK YOU, I WILL BE SENDING THE WITHDRAW PAPERS TODAY, I REPORTED ICE YESTERDAY. HE HAS LEFT MY HOUSE, I CHANGED THE ALARM CODE AND WILL BE CHANGING THE LOCKS TODAY. MOST LIKELY HE CALLED HIS SISTER FROM OUT OF STATE AND IS FLYING TO HER HOUSE. APPEARS SHE WAS IN ON IT TOO, SO I REPORTED HER TOO, SHE IS A PERM RESIDENT. Maybe he is like that because he is bored, homesick, or depressed. Just slowdown have a nice talk to him and maybe things will settle down. I've heard of situation in much worse situation than yours and they are now happy together.

FWIW, he has a pattern of posting on this types of topics, always positing that reconciliation is possible, when there's clear evidence of immigration fraud, instead.

OH my God are you serious????????????? The ####### has been lying to her since word one, if you would read these posts more thoroughly you would understand he used her to get here and get GC and a job so he could support his kid and get back to the mother. Wake up and read would you geese he needs to go back to where he came from and hopefully she can move on and be happy again.I'd really like to see how you would feel if you found all this info on your partner. The only truth he told was he did not know about the kid
