hi all:) just asking some of your ideas for those who got rfe'd...it's been 5th day now since my fiance sent the rfe to the csc and we haven't heard from them yet if they got it or not :whistle: and also i checked our case at uscis website still under request for evidence and no touched yet. is this normal processing? just need some ideas:)

They will not tell you they received it like an NOA1. My was received, processed and emailed me it was approved 19 days after I sent it in. Some on here have taken a week or so, others longer, but probably within a one month time frame it will be done.

Visa K1 Journey

02-21-10 met online

04-13-10 visit for 21 days in Philippines

08-14-10 visit for 3 months in Philippines

11-01-10 filed K-1

11-06-10 NOA1 received

04-19-11 RFE received

04-21-11 RFE returned

05-04-11 NOA2

05-11-11 Received at NVC, case number assigned

05-13-11 Left NVC to the USEM

06-01-11 Set up interview with embassy

07-21-11 Approved!... with an additional document she needs to aquire.

Don't trust the website. I got my NOA2 Letter today but the website and phone still says it's under initial review. Call USCIS and talk to Tier 2 agent directly.

10FEB11: FedEx I129F Packet to Lewisville, TX

14FEB11: NOA1 "Received Date"

18FEB11: Touched

17JUN11: NOA2 hard copy

19JUL11: NVC Received

21JUL11: Embassy Received

25JUL11: Packet 3 Sent from Embassy

03AUG11: Emailed packet 3 to Embassy

07SEP11: Interview
