That happened to me. I paid the IV bill the morning of June 16. The money was taken out of my account the next morning. It was still "IN PROCESS" until the evening of June 23, which was about 5 business days. The AOS bill was "PAID" the very same day they took the money out of my account, which was the day after I made the payment.

I may be in the same boat! It seems as if it's a way to slow down the number of app's the receive. Space them out a little, and keep us in waiting for 5 days!

Cos they know we are ready to go ladies! Since I see others in the boat I thought I was alone in, I guess I'll chill and let the 5 days pass.

Yes this has happen to me also. I had paid my AOS on the same day that the bill was made. The next day the funds were already out. My IV bill came on Friday nigh in which I paid it on a Saturday and which the funds were taken out on Monday. So my AOS was paid several days ahead with the funds taken out in which still stated Process Pending but once my IV funds were taken out of the bank it showed paid. When I seen my IV bill showed paid I called NVC and recivied the same reply that to wait 5 working day. So on the fith working day I spoke to someone rude and told me to wait till the fith day in which did tell him that funds for the AOS was taken and still stated to wait. So I called again after 5:00pm and spoke someone in which stated that yes it had taken longer than usual and he would submit it to his supervisor to review. So I had asked to talk the supervisor and he stated that all supervisor were in a meeting and he said to call back in hour. So after several hours I had check the web site and their it was the AOS showing paid. My be asking a supervisor my help to get things moving. Also print out were it shows that the bill was withdraw from your account because they my ask you to fax it to them to show that it was paid.
