Employment verification letter

I know many of you need to get letter of verification from your employer and I am sure some of you might not know there is a website for it. Well, it depends if your company participates with them or not. Mine does.

The website is http://www.theworknumber.com/

Printing the letter is as easy as counting 1,2,and 3. Best part? they have a letter specific for visa purpose. It lists 3 to 7 years of your past salaries, position, and how long you have with the company. It is electronically signed by the company.

I hope some of you can use it.

To make sure if your company participates or not:

You will get a screen. The screen will have numbers 1-9 and a-z. Just type in the first letter of the name of the company you work. If the company is listed you can print the verification letter yourself. Just follow the screen instructions.

My company told me that this website was the only way to get a verification letter from them. None of the HR people are allowed to write or sign anything, everything must be taken from this site. Kinda weird, but it's quick, easy and I can access it from anywhere which is really nice.

I just emailed our HR person and she had her person type up the letter; she knew what I wanted even though I did describe some standard language. It was a no brainer.

As for this thread sorry for hijacking! but could i get the letter of employment now and send it to her? and the date would be this month or next month. would this cause an issue? then just send her recent paystabs or just send her both the same time when the interview is up ;( sorry just cant wait any longer need to do something!
