Hi,

My husbands case was completed today but they said they don't have anything for July anymore and will have to schedule it for August. Do i need to follow up on that or they should automatically contact us? And if I need to contact them, do I call NVC here or US embassy in Manila.

Also, kindly advice how to get an advanced Medical appointment from St. Lukes. so that we can get it done while waiting for interview date.

Thanks so much, any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Think they have that August Interview date now as last time when I scheduled online there are few available for the month of July.. I fall on the last of July as that what I wanted.. just try scheduling online as you can see in there what are the available dates left for July..goodluck

For the interview, it's best to call yourself. And you could try again soon, sometimes a slot that was previously booked opens up due to cancellation or postponement.

No appointment needed for the medical, you just walk in with your passport, pictures, and eligibility letter from the USEM (or even a copy of your NOA2).

Good luck.
