my mom just got a b1 visa i wanted to know if she can come here with out a boss comming with her

thanks for replys

Richardo, a B1 visa is a business visa, therefore her mother obtained her visa through her employer for business purpose. That's why there is the reference to "her BOSS".

It will be up to the CBP if they let the mother in, if she can not give them a description of what business she will be doing in the US and how long she will needs to be traveling for.

Hey Ricardo -- mawin and langtime -- some people call the B1 (boss visa) -- not sure why.
