DS-260 Problems

OK, it seems like my NVC journey is getting more complicated by the day. I'm having a huge amount of trouble with the electronic systems.

My case is going to Montreal so I've done a DS-261, all the bills are paid. I noticed that they screwed up my opting in. I sent 2 emails, one to opt in to electronic processing for my wife, another for my stepdaughter. I finally figured out that they were bouncing documents for my stepdaughter because that receipt has my daughters case # in the subject line but they signed my wife up again.

Now I'm having trouble with the DS-260. For both cases we've completed the form entries and it saves without errors. There is no highlighted text and yet when we get to the end the "sign" button is grayed out and non-functional.

Does anyone have any ideas as to why this may be?

I think the most frustrating thing with this system is that buttons are disabled but there is absolutely no user feedback as to why. It may be to wait a couple of days, it maybe that I have an error. Without feedback I end up calling in and wasting more of their time trying to resolve things.

Not a happy camper today!

Alex.

The only thing I can think of is that perhaps you may be using the 'wrong' browser. If you're not using IE, you may want to switch, or possibly the latest version of Firefox.

Holding my nose and jumping off the cliff.. hope I don't hit any rocks in the water.
