We filed our I-751. We received our NOA1 for that. It says, naturally, that her "resident status is extended for a period of one year". Will she receive a new card reflecting this? We wondered because her current card will expire. I am assuming she WILL receive a new temporary card for a year until they finish our Lifting of Conditions.

Please let me know if that is the case. Thanks a lot!

No she will not receive anything else, the letter is a year extension of her current card until she gets her 10 year one.

Ohh, ok..."the letter".... Geesh, I dont know where I put my brain. hehe The NOA1 letter from USCIS is all she needs to show her status... The card + her letter.
