i got my case assign today from NVC.I takes 3 weeks from NOA2. i know my case number from automated caling system.but still not getting any email and text? need i again wait for that things. please advice

Hey folks,

Called this morning and the operator said they received our case in their office (NOA2 came on June 9th). Called this evening and the operator was able to give me our NVC case number. I'm hoping everyone on this thread will get theirs as well.

I called yesterday and the operator told me that my case was received in the office but no case number yet.. so should I call back like you did?? and see if another operator gives me the number? my noa2 was on june 6th!

I actually called again tonite.. and they where able to give me my case number!!
