Organize Material?

When you (or significant other) went into the interview, how did you organize all the evidence, forms, and material? Did you keep it in a box or binder? There is a lot of paper and different types of material required so wondering how it works when your significant other goes up to the window.

I have my stuff in a three ring binder at the moment. Heard a lot on this forum that the window at the consulate is too small to have anything go under except loose papers and photos. I really don't know what else to do except keep it loose with binder clips or keep them all in separate folders. Ideally I'd like to hand in the binder as its organized neatly.

What did you guys do?

Thanks!

there will be a pre-interview and the actual interview.

at the pre you are to submit all the forms and paperworks, supporting docs along with passports id cards health exam etc...so have that ready to go in a separate file.

for the interview have plenty of pictures (preferably organized according to dates), emails, chats, receipts etc. you can bring 3-ring binders but when they ask you need to be able to take them out and slide them under the glass window, about 4 inch tall.

They sell expandable folders that haves tabbed sections in office supply stores. A great way to keep it together and organized.

yup i brought a couple of those back. one for the crba and one for k-1. i didn't have alot of stuff tho. reading some members that said they brought back 300+ photos, thousands of chat logs organized by months etc etc frankly scares me (and very unnecessary imo...unless there're some red flags concerning the case).
