We received an interview date of Sept. 26 for my husband's AOS a few weeks ago. I just saw an update on his case on the USCIS website dated September 9. Does it mean anything or do I just continue with looking forward to the interview in a couple of weeks?

"On August 9, 2006, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case. You can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done. Follow the the link below for current processing dates".

Naturalization:

6/28/09: Mail N-400 to Texas

7/6/09: NOA1

7/24/09: Biometrics

10/08/09: Interview

11/21/09: Receive oath date

01/22/10: Oath Date
