Just her passport and money  When does it expire btw? Can send a dated and signed letter, addressed to the U.S. Consul in the U.S. Embassy Manila, which reaffirms your interest in bringing her to the U.S. and request an extension of the validity of your petition..must also state the reason for wanting an extension  i think they will extend it for another four months :)

Ask her to bring a photocopy of the bio page (page with her picture & info) of her passport, her passport of course. They made me write my name, signature & type of visa on the photocopy & kept it.

oh why it is 2 months? I got my passport in 15 days! when I went to the DFA they gave me choices. If you pay less, the passport will come after 1-2 months but if I pay more I can have it earlier. I got mine at Cagayan de Oro city, misamis oriental. It was pretty fast! And sorry I cant remember how much I paid. It wasnt more than a thousand pesos.

^^^ Correction.

Email the Immigrant Visa Unit at the U.S. Embassy Manila and tell them about your issue. They will understand.
