It has been months trying to gather everything together, and I realized some of it dates back to October of last year. Is there anything in the I129F that I need to be concerned about expiring before I submit it this weekend?

Hi,

I was concerned about the same thing and I called my local office and they said it's better to have the most recent documents as possible, but she said there is no expiration date or amount of time that a document would expire. I told her it was really hard to get these documents from my fiance in Morocco and she said she really couldn't tell me if they would need more recent documents or not. I had a couple of documents from November of 2005, and I just filed my I-129F today so I guess we'll find out. I think it just depends on what it is and also who is reading. Good luck!
