Hopeful, how are you?? Hope you are still keeping the faith strong, because i just feel like all will be ok for those of us still awaiting approvals.

Loveme, I'm doing OK.....Sorry was traveling domestically and was not able to contribute this week. I wish your statement comes true....,.waiting is painful. But I'm trying my best to be positive! Thank you for your kind words and support......

How are you doing? 3rd week of Jan is almost over as well....and we're still waiting...

Feb 18th 2011 - filed I360, I485 and I765

Feb 21st - receipt notice received

Feb 27th - prima facie received

March 18th - letter for biometrics appointment for April 15th

April 15th - biometrics appointment done

May 15th - EAD approved

May 20th - received EAD card

Sept 23rd - RFE received

Dec 14th - RFE response send

Feb 17th 2012 - filed for EAD renewal

Feb 23rd - received an email from USCIS: I360 APPROVED!!!

Feb 23rd - transferred my case to NBC

Feb 24th - receipt notice for EAD renewal

March 7th - RFE issued for EAD

March 13th - RFE response send

March 29th - EAD renewal approved

April 10th - received EAD card

Lets say.

Notice of Deferred Action: Deferred Action is a formal decision that, given the approved petitioner’s status as an abused immigrant, DHS will not take any steps to deport you. Deferred Action allows you to live legally in the U.S. until you can apply for adjustment to permanent residency or received your Green Card. and you also free to remarry but you are not able to travel overseas tho... you will need you Green Card for that. if that makes sense!!!?

august 2010 - filed I-360, I-485, I-765

september 2010 - received prima facie

september 2010 -received work authorization without fingerprints

june 2011 - renewal prima facie

june 2011 - got RFE in the mail

july 2011 - applied for renewal I-765

august 2011 - sent respond to RFE

september 2011 - I765 approval never got it, uscis sent 2 times on wrong address

october 2011 - applied again for replacement work authorization

october 2011 - fingerprints done

november 2011- called uscis for renewal prima facie

november 2011 - got a letter I-765 moved to another office

december 2011 - called uscis regarding my prima facie, sent it to wrong address

december 23rd 2011 - got first transfer notice I-485 to NBC

january 11th 2012 - rceived the approval I-360...soo happy

january 17th 2012 - got second transfer notice email I-485 to local office

february 21th 2012 -i called uscis regarding my pending I 765, i did also service request

february 27th 2012 - got an email that they ask me for RFE in my case for I-765...omg

MARCH 1TH - gor the RFE about my I765, they ask me for 2 photos even i did my AOS 2 months ago

march 29 2012 - i got my inerview notice for april 11 and biometrics on april 6 ...soo happy

APRIL 11 2012 --- I485 APPROVED....YEEEEEEEE

I just got off the phone with my lawyer. I sent out the case last Monday (January 9th) and the lawyer told me they received the Notice of Action yesterday (January 19th) and the prima Facie today (January 20th). I'm really happy about this but I am aware of everyone that's been waiting for a very long time even after immediate prima facie. I hope everyone gets through with their cases. Good luck to all.

That's great news! Yes, you are right. Now the waiting starts, but atleast getting notice of action and prima facie is a good news!

I know....I can feel your pain. Feb makes 60 days for me as well....and a year since I orignially submitted VAWA. We both are in this together.....hope we hear something soon...

Dee07 thank you so much for the reply.I just want to let you know that they transferred my i485 to another office for processing last dec19,then got another update after 2weeks they transferred my i485 to USCIS ofice for processing last jan6.Today is been 2 weeks after it's been transferred.Do you think I have 2 wait another 2 weeks for the schedule for my interview?? How about the ead ,how long it would take?again thank you very much..Any comments will be greatly appreciated.

hey guys sorry for reposting but can i get some ideas for this question

hey guys i have a question....i applied for for vawa august 2011 still wating for approval,havent recieved any rfe.my prima facie is going to expire at the end of february,am just wondering how soon can i send it in for renewal.my lawyer is telling me as soon as possible(but for some reason am thinking he is just saying that so i can pay him the fee to do it but my fear is since it has a liitle over a month to expire if i send it to uscis they will just hold back on it becasue it still has a little time to expire and it might take longer for me to get another one. please let me know wat u guys think...thanks
