liveurlife, good for you that you don't have to go for an interview.I think I've read it before also that someone didn't have an interview for her vawa case.I'm tired of waiting, don't know when I am going to receive my ead.I applied last nov 17.I was scheduled for bio last dec12.Dec23 case was transferred to another office for processing.Jan.6 case 1485 was transferred to USCIS office.Can't wait to work to live a normal life.This is my first time for applying ead.I can't wait for this to be over...Hope they will sched me for my interview soon..

Ok, i've been reading this letter over and over again,does the ADIT processing cause any delay in receiving the actual green card?I know ADIT processing can either be fingerprinting or passport stamping(since i haven't done any recent biometrics,i assumed this will be required of me) ,i just wanted to know if this is the standard mail sent to everyone when u are approved b/4 the actual card production mail is sent?I'm excited but very nervous,God is definitely shining the light on me this new year.I can't sleep nor concentrate on anythg-this is the only thg in my head right now.Has anybody received similar mail,when did u get your green card after u received this mail.

that would be great if you didnt get an interveiw and got your green card hopefully it is your card i will be soo happy for you, lets us know what happen

hey guys i have a question....i applied for for vawa august 2011 still wating for approval,havent recieved any rfe.my prima facie is going to expire at the end of february,am just wondering how soon can i send it in for renewal.my lawyer is telling me as soon as possible(but for some reason am thinking he is just saying that so i can pay him the fee to do it but my fear is since it has a liitle over a month to expire if i send it to uscis they will just hold back on it becasue it still has a little time to expire and it might take longer for me to get another one. please let me know wat u guys think...thanks

We've all been down that loco road b4 in some way but we all come out happy and sane. So dont worry I'm almost at the end and I'm still taking BP medication .

I really feel you on that on Dee07.

but Im really afraid and confused right now.

because I have some issues with USCIS about my address...

and we already know RFE have a expiration date :(

and the crazy part is.

congrats...not everyone have to go at interview, i got my aproval 2 weeks ago and i ask my attorney about the interview, she told me that 95% of the cases the have to go at interview and 5% not, dont worry and start to celebrate....probably in this notice it will be your appoitment for biometrics and after that they will send you the green card....congrats again...sooo happy for you

november 2011 - got a letter I-765 moved to another office

december 2011 - called uscis regarding my prima facie, sent it to wrong address

december 23rd 2011 - got first transfer notice I-485 to NBC

january 11th 2012 - rceived the approval I-360...soo happy

january 17th 2012 - got second transfer notice email I-485 to local office

february 21th 2012 -i called uscis regarding my pending I 765, i did also service request

february 27th 2012 - got an email that they ask me for RFE in my case for I-765...omg

MARCH 1TH - gor the RFE about my I765, they ask me for 2 photos even i did my AOS 2 months ago

march 29 2012 - i got my inerview notice for april 11 and biometrics on april 6 ...soo happy

APRIL 11 2012 --- I485 APPROVED....YEEEEEEEE

Hey RELAX its normal! You'll see when you send respond they will approve you! If they didn't believe you, you would get denied letter not RFE. Don't forget you are still alive!

I believe that simply mean that you will not be placed in any removal proceedings..it means that you are protected until a visa number is available for you to complete AOS. Are you married to a USC or Greencard holder? Someone else can chime in, because i may be wrong ..

Lets say.

Notice of Deferred Action: Deferred Action is a formal decision that, given the approved petitioner’s status as an abused immigrant, DHS will not take any steps to deport you. Deferred Action allows you to live legally in the U.S. until you can apply for adjustment to permanent residency or received your Green Card. and you also free to remarry but you are not able to travel overseas tho... you will need you Green Card for that. if that makes sense!!!?

Hi guys, do you have any idea how long are they going to send me my ead? It's been 2 months since my application.Do you know also how long are they going to schedule me for my interview?I485 has been transferred jan6.It will be 2 weeks by tomorrow.I hope I will receive some good news soon..Any ideas? Thanks to all and good luck to those who are still waiting for theyre approval.
