I thought you have already had ur green card along time ago,what happened in the interview room?did they tell u to submit a new medical forms?.cos i remember my lawyer sent those to them.and what letter of employment?do they want to know if u are working or not? and i dont know why they rejected ur ead.maybe u need to send it to vermont,or make an inforpass to know what is going on with ur case.am sooo sorry about this.

why interview at 7 am and after interview no things .i send the medical exams with my application to vsc but they lost it or lost on somewhere god knows no one responsible . but at the day of interview i give her copy she refuse to see the copy she just ask me for other documents copy ,she hit the table screaming on me ,scared me ,look at me like an anwanted person on this earth ,discrimanation against me as a man she was disrespectful she is violate the job policy and responsability with her limited power . i dont know how they live or feel with there familly ,friends .kids and this community .even im just sitting to present any document she needs she hit the table on the office like my abusif wife that is an act of power and control abuse if someone hit table or wall .my 300 documents i-360 case was closed with peace of plastic i think she is not allowed to open it . after interview i went to doctor and paid for brand new medical exams and took it to local office ,that what is mean they have it already .just a reason to hold the case for 9 months more because the case looks good but hold green card for 9 more months if i did something how come the interview should be after background check has been done ,i didnt do anything for 7 years for my life how come i will do something in 9 months ,the fbi send my background check same day no record i cal there office and they told me ,they run other background check on almost 26 interagency to look if i have kids around the world or travel .i still dont have one kid and evrything good .doctor write determination has been meet that mean no things wrong about medical just my hair was black and now become white as a result of torture waiting .no thing wrong with my health after 7 years .you have to show that you make more than poverty line to suport your self ,they will not give you any benifits to ask for walfare or assistance .

i just want say go by ur self to interview .uscis is aware of this events many people ask them for forgivness and true they forgive they can approve you

the good thing is we are all under the protection of united states Law

is that good or bad signe if the case goes to supervisor for review ? can you please expedite my work permit if possible receipt number xxxxxxxxxx. i work Curently at _xxxxx xxxxxx Company _here in xxxxx and my job will be terminated because i will not be able to continue work or able to renew my driver license to go and back from work .my EAD card wil expire on xx/xx /2011 and will not be able to survive without work

i apply for work permit on xx xx ,2011 and was received by xxxxx xxxxxx xxxxx on xx xx .2011 .receipt number xx xx xxxx .after reject i send my application with fee of 380 $ .and now i truly need EAD until a decision is made on my adjust status .please see documents attached and will send original receipt as soon as i come back from work because i dont have printer so i am sinding just copie i will start at 7 pm until 7 am morning .thank you very sincerely

hello kwala,sorry for all those things,it was stupid and unprofessional of her to be hiting the table,i would ave got scared and started crying for everybody to know what going on or ask for the suporvisor cos i ave gone thru alot and everybody in thiss vawa forum has so nobody want to be intimidated by a stupid interviewer. this does not make sense why shuld they keep ur green card for nine more months.God i cant stand this interviwer. in no soon uscis will be doing background checks for abortion(that is the number of abortions u ave done in ur life)lol.it sometimes funny of things they say and ask.

I am happy for you at your progress of your i-360 looks like we applied at the same time .I applied for vawa january 23rd of 2011 concurrently with i-485 and i-765 i went for biometrics in febuary 2011 and in june my EAD was approved but had to send it back to vermont as they made an error on my card.Its been 7 months now since I filed for vawa and my case says review to rfe that we recieved and will notify you in 60 days its been 5 months now ,have you recieved any approval for your i-360 and does anyone know how long its takes for vawa to be approved .I hope i dont recieve a request for evidence after uscis being quiet for so long.Thank you for your help.

To everybody. I got a letter from the judge today saying that my removal has been terminated. Now my case is handed to uscis to adjucate. I guess I'm one step closer. Good luck to everyone

Hey guys! Hope everyone is doing great. I'm moving out of state at the end of the month and have my removal proceedings where I live now. Does anyone know if I move my case will be transferred to the other state or if it would stay where I live now? Also, has anyone had any experience with a change of address with the Vermont office? I'm so afraid that I will change the address but they wont update the file correctly and documents get lost. Not sure what to do...

You don't have to. You can write a letter and request a fee waiver.

If you filled I-485 with I-130 before they probably keep your priority date for the I-360. The priority date is only important if your spouse is a permanent resident. If your spouse is US Citizen you should not worry about it because you dont have to wait for a visa number to be available for you to adjust status.

Today I received automated message saying I-360 approval was mailed to my address. Thanks anyone who helped me along this process. Filed last Nov and it took almost 9 months. For those who are waiting, good luck!
