hey guys i have a question if you sign us for updates via email from uscis eg. if you get and approval and an email was sent to you wat email address do u see it coming from.

p.s still waiting for approval from vermont this is driving me bonkers

Uhuuuu deee!!! Is finally here than!!! Congrats!!!

nov 04 Went to interview by myself, told officer will aplly for vawa

11/04 I485 touched (still on initial review)

11/21 officer called lawyer about the I485 (btw: really nice IO)

12/10 apply for VAWA, without background check

12/11 lawyer drop off a copy of I360 for the IO

12/15 Prima faice received

12/18 sent background check, also sent a letter to IO asking to expedite the I485 to vermont to be linked with I360

12/31 I360 touched

08/04 Apply for EAD renew

08/18 receive NOA

08/26 new card ordered

08/31 new card ordered (again??)

09/01 notice of approval of I765... (where is my VAWA approval??? God help me...)

09/03 EAD arrived in the mail!! ufa!

10/03 Sent letter to renew prima facie and inquire about vawa status.

10/05 I360 touched- changed to "Request for evidence review" (WTH????)

11/27 Recieved prima facie extension

11/30 VAWA APPROVED!!!! yupiiiiiiiiiiiiii12/04 I360 Touched

12/22 Interview noticed for 01/23/12

12/26 Interview canceled by USCIS

12/31 New interview notice for 01/30/12

01/31/12 Interview and new biometrics done!!!

I know I was looking for you to tell you it's Feb 8 I'm right behind you in everything now I can start my ticket shopping to go home it's gonna be 9 years by the time I go..... I'm so excited .....

hey guys i got my interview notice for early Feb. Im so happy....

congratulation Dee, i'm soo happy for you :dance: , almost over:)

august 2010 - filed I-360, I-485, I-765

september 2010 - received prima facie

september 2010 -received work authorization without fingerprints

june 2011 - renewal prima facie

june 2011 - got RFE in the mail

july 2011 - applied for renewal I-765

august 2011 - sent respond to RFE

september 2011 - I765 approval never got it, uscis sent 2 times on wrong address

october 2011 - applied again for replacement work authorization

october 2011 - fingerprints done

november 2011- called uscis for renewal prima facie

november 2011 - got a letter I-765 moved to another office

december 2011 - called uscis regarding my prima facie, sent it to wrong address

december 23rd 2011 - got first transfer notice I-485 to NBC

january 11th 2012 - rceived the approval I-360...soo happy

january 17th 2012 - got second transfer notice email I-485 to local office

february 21th 2012 -i called uscis regarding my pending I 765, i did also service request

february 27th 2012 - got an email that they ask me for RFE in my case for I-765...omg

MARCH 1TH - gor the RFE about my I765, they ask me for 2 photos even i did my AOS 2 months ago

march 29 2012 - i got my inerview notice for april 11 and biometrics on april 6 ...soo happy

APRIL 11 2012 --- I485 APPROVED....YEEEEEEEE

It is a good addiction to have!!!! Stay here.......and it is always nice to get guidance from people who have gone through this path and have gotten approvals :) :)

You can go in Settings - Profile - Change signature

And add your timelines there :):)

BTW - what did you send to USCIS for your good faith RFE? I received RFE on good faith marriage as well....

I had bank statement

Life insurance but they wanted proof that it was been maintained they are so technical

Bank cards didn't have a lot of of proof but what I had was just straight forward ...

Oh I had to show automatic payment for LI policy who would have thought. Old post cards luckily I didn't though them away this process goes way back to 2005 lol I have PD of Jan 05.God has been good to me.
