nov 04 Went to interview by myself, told officer will aplly for vawa

11/04 I485 touched (still on initial review)

11/21 officer called lawyer about the I485 (btw: really nice IO)

12/10 apply for VAWA, without background check

12/11 lawyer drop off a copy of I360 for the IO

12/15 Prima faice received

12/18 sent background check, also sent a letter to IO asking to expedite the I485 to vermont to be linked with I360

12/31 I360 touched

08/04 Apply for EAD renew

08/18 receive NOA

08/26 new card ordered

08/31 new card ordered (again??)

09/01 notice of approval of I765... (where is my VAWA approval??? God help me...)

09/03 EAD arrived in the mail!! ufa!

10/03 Sent letter to renew prima facie and inquire about vawa status.

10/05 I360 touched- changed to "Request for evidence review" (WTH????)

11/27 Recieved prima facie extension

Hello everyone just wanted to let all you of you know that everything went perfect!!! I went to the interview on November 15 and received my green card on november 30th.

I am very happy and i hope all you still waiting to have faith .

congrats

august 2010 - filed I-360, I-485, I-765

september 2010 - received prima facie

september 2010 -received work authorization without fingerprints

june 2011 - renewal prima facie

june 2011 - got RFE in the mail

july 2011 - applied for renewal I-765

august 2011 - sent respond to RFE

september 2011 - I765 approval never got it, uscis sent 2 times on wrong address

october 2011 - applied again for replacement work authorization

october 2011 - fingerprints done

november 2011- called uscis for renewal prima facie

november 2011 - got a letter I-765 moved to another office

december 2011 - called uscis regarding my prima facie, sent it to wrong address

december 23rd 2011 - got first transfer notice I-485 to NBC

january 11th 2012 - rceived the approval I-360...soo happy

january 17th 2012 - got second transfer notice email I-485 to local office

february 21th 2012 -i called uscis regarding my pending I 765, i did also service request

february 27th 2012 - got an email that they ask me for RFE in my case for I-765...omg

MARCH 1TH - gor the RFE about my I765, they ask me for 2 photos even i did my AOS 2 months ago

march 29 2012 - i got my inerview notice for april 11 and biometrics on april 6 ...soo happy

APRIL 11 2012 --- I485 APPROVED....YEEEEEEEE

...congratulations.my own vawa & Aos is

out of this world, really don`t understand.kα̲̅γ̲̣̣̥,now  H̲̣̣̣̥ɑ̤̥̈̊vє̲̣̥ an interview date but no vawa approval letter.

 never got fingerprinted this time around although I've been fingerprinted in d past nd that was several

Yrs ago. didn't get an EAD instead  got an interview date.so now do  contact VSC or wait a few days & see

If they wȊ̝̊̅ℓℓ mail out an approval letter since interview letter was mailed out yesterday.now I'm really nervous

Even though  don't want to be.my case was always updated only after my attorney H̲̣̣̣̥ɑ̤̥̈̊vє̲̣̥ contacted d respective offices

&  hope it wȊ̝̊̅ℓℓ be so again after  talk to her about my worries.May God help us all.

They say  should come to d interview with what is in d letter.so  ll H̲̣̣̣̥ɑ̤̥̈̊vє̲̣̥ to wait n see.Also

Do Ɣ☺u guys think its kα̲̅γ̲̣̣̥ to call A̶̲̥̅̊Ω̴̩̩̩̥d ask y  never got fingerprinted? JƱڪτ̲̅ want to be ready

B4 d interview & not H̲̣̣̣̥ɑ̤̥̈̊vє̲̣̥ any delays after d interview.now my brain is everywhere.they say my interview

Is at their NBC,is dis the same place every1 is getting interviewed?or every state has its NBC.2 say i'm confused

Is 2 say d least.some1 pls give me some words of encouragement. still H̲̣̣̣̥ɑ̤̥̈̊vє̲̣̥ a mth & less than a wk b4 my interview

&  don't want to go crazy.

Wow liveurlufe, I never seen interview without approval... Maybe it was approved but they haven't sent it yet... Keep us posted!

I was using my cell phone to type previously.Anyway,i'll find out what is going on today or tomorrow after i must have spoken to my attorney.The only thing they asked me to send was the medical & passports- no fingerprints or anything,now i have interview,i'll wait to see what's in the interview letter first.I didn't even get no work permit all this while & only got the prima facie few wks ago.

I'll call & email as well.I'm nervous and excited at the same time, at least my case has been looked into.

I just hope none of those VSC mail is missing again this time.

I have been fingerprinted more than 5 or 6times in the past but now no fingerprint.

I've been checking my case status all day yesterday but then at about 7pm,it says an interview letter has been mailed,huh?Now,i want to focus on the vawa aspect & make sure letter comes b4 interview.

Well that's good maybe they used fp that's already on file...good luck yeah and also check in on those mail did you check online status to see what they have.

No dee, not yet... I'll call my lawyer today to see if it has arrived there... Can't wait for interview notice!! Bought a ticket for next week and need to reshedule, but without knowing when my interview will take place is hard...
