Thank you, Dee....I really hope that happens soon. God Bless. I'm sending response to my RFE this week....I'm nervous.

To everyone that's waiting on their approval it is coming trust me seems like VSC start working on VAWA again......

Feb 18th 2011 - filed I360, I485 and I765

Feb 21st - receipt notice received

Feb 27th - prima facie received

March 18th - letter for biometrics appointment for April 15th

April 15th - biometrics appointment done

May 15th - EAD approved

May 20th - received EAD card

Sept 23rd - RFE received

Dec 14th - RFE response send

Feb 17th 2012 - filed for EAD renewal

Feb 23rd - received an email from USCIS: I360 APPROVED!!!

Feb 23rd - transferred my case to NBC

Feb 24th - receipt notice for EAD renewal

March 7th - RFE issued for EAD

March 13th - RFE response send

March 29th - EAD renewal approved

April 10th - received EAD card

Sissy, u have never applied for i485/i765???

If I'm not mistaken u need to apply for both together the 765 is gonna be based on the pending 485. (not totally sure)

U don't need a lawyer, I did my 765 renew by myself... I just posted the directions 2 pages ago...

When filing 485 be sure not to contradict yourself with the I 360. Good luck!

nov 04 Went to interview by myself, told officer will aplly for vawa

11/04 I485 touched (still on initial review)

11/21 officer called lawyer about the I485 (btw: really nice IO)

12/10 apply for VAWA, without background check

12/11 lawyer drop off a copy of I360 for the IO

12/15 Prima faice received

12/18 sent background check, also sent a letter to IO asking to expedite the I485 to vermont to be linked with I360

12/31 I360 touched

08/04 Apply for EAD renew

08/18 receive NOA

08/26 new card ordered

08/31 new card ordered (again??)

09/01 notice of approval of I765... (where is my VAWA approval??? God help me...)

09/03 EAD arrived in the mail!! ufa!

10/03 Sent letter to renew prima facie and inquire about vawa status.

10/05 I360 touched- changed to "Request for evidence review" (WTH????)

11/27 Recieved prima facie extension

11/30 VAWA APPROVED!!!! yupiiiiiiiiiiiiii12/04 I360 Touched

12/22 Interview noticed for 01/23/12

12/26 Interview canceled by USCIS

12/31 New interview notice for 01/30/12

anyone who wants to go to school has to pass the GED test ,i was wondering how can i get the preparing material?

Lol! I know how it is... I'm freaking out too cause I haven't heard nothing on my i485 yet... Can't wait to go home!!!

my case got approved in october and i didn't get anything yet

Hi everyone let me ask u .. what fee can be waived .., I 360 ? I 485 ? please if u guys know

they waived 360 for me but i have to pay 485 which is more than 1000 but i do have a friend she has a kid and she didn't pay anything for the vawa she has already got her green card

Hey Lucy, I'm waiting for an interview notice. I did finger prints last year when I applied for i485. I will call them today to find out if my i485 was transferred... Did u apply for a new one or are u linking your old one?

Inpeace hon they not gonna tell u at thing but call and you see what happen in a few days you will get notification at least that's what happen to me Friday I call to see where my i485 was in little over an hour status change i360 approve....lol....good luck...

Hi everyone just got back my infopass appt... Nothing at all he said that they are working on it.. But I really need to get work permit ... What should I do... Should I wait for the I 360 to be approved and them apply for work

It's a risk I was really worried when I did mine but it's a risk worth taking...it opens many doors for you I was nervous when my lawyer told me if VAWA is not approve we won't get the fee back ...lol thank God that never happen.so think about .
