nov 04 Went to interview by myself, told officer will aplly for vawa

11/04 I485 touched (still on initial review)

11/21 officer called lawyer about the I485 (btw: really nice IO)

12/10 apply for VAWA, without background check

12/11 lawyer drop off a copy of I360 for the IO

12/15 Prima faice received

12/18 sent background check, also sent a letter to IO asking to expedite the I485 to vermont to be linked with I360

12/31 I360 touched

08/04 Apply for EAD renew

08/18 receive NOA

08/26 new card ordered

08/31 new card ordered (again??)

09/01 notice of approval of I765... (where is my VAWA approval??? God help me...)

09/03 EAD arrived in the mail!! ufa!

10/03 Sent letter to renew prima facie and inquire about vawa status.

10/05 I360 touched- changed to "Request for evidence review" (WTH????)

11/27 Recieved prima facie extension

11/30 VAWA APPROVED!!!! yupiiiiiiiiiiiiii12/04 I360 Touched

12/22 Interview noticed for 01/23/12

12/26 Interview canceled by USCIS

12/31 New interview notice for 01/30/12

01/31/12 Interview and new biometrics done!!!

Thanks I filed i360,i485and 765 so more or less it will go to VCS .I will call my lawyer and have them send me a copy of i360 receipt but what category does this come under.thanks a million ladies I appreciate the help.

How long did you wait for nbc to send the letter?? I dont know if I should do an infopass or just wait a few more weeks... my i485 has not yet been touched or transfered... thanks for he help!! :star:

Hi everyone .. Let me update mi situation here. As all u know I filed my case march 25, 2011 just have I -797 Nothing ElSe...infopass (confirm number included), service request, letter to inquiry(fedex) .. So they told me write a an email to the headquater office .. Now they email me back and said write an inquiry to an specific name IO and wait for a reply ... What r u guys think ..I am prying for all of us.. Ssisi

Sissy, did u get prima facie? What's 797? In my experience you have to just be patient!! Vawa cases do not follow ANY timeline... Mine took a year to be approved... There are people here that applied last august and still nothing... You don't want to push them to much... Be calm and patient...

Ssisi right now I'm gonna be the one to give advise I filed in October 2010 received RFE in June 2011 reply in sep going on three months nothing so now it's 14 since I applied so let us all sit tight and hope for a Xmas gift to remember .hang tight....

Ok Dee07 Thanks for ur replay.. I am scared.. NO EVEN A PRIMA FACIE believe me guys, I am sooo worry about it.. If at least have prima facie I would be more relax because I think they are working on my case .. Anyway guys thanks for ur advise

On Dec 6 we transfered this i485 to registered permanent resident to another office .....can't remember the whole message I'm shaking I see other members received the same message then the approval a few days later....

In peace if your i485 was on hold for i360 approval then they should transfer your case to NBC for processing which include interview. I waited for some months and nothing happen with my old one so I filled for a new i485. But you can inquiry about your old i485 first before filling a new one. You should be able to get an interview based on your old i485

Dee congratulations!!! I can`t believe you posted about the prima facie and 6 minutes later you saw you had gotten an email. SO happy for you this great Santa came early!!
