Awww thank you hopeful!!! That's what we are here for!!! I still can't believe, after all this time I thought I wasn't gonna get it.... But I finally did!!!

Dee hang in there... Did u send them a letter inquiring about ur case???! My approval came 56 days after I sent my letter....

For those waiting I would suggest:

1st renew ur prima facie

2nd if ur case passed the regular timeline don't be afraid to write them asking about ur case....

Per my lawyer suggestion I did not renew my pf... When I got tired of waiting I wrote a letter myself inquiring about my case. 2 months later I got my approval!!!

nov 04 Went to interview by myself, told officer will aplly for vawa

11/04 I485 touched (still on initial review)

11/21 officer called lawyer about the I485 (btw: really nice IO)

12/10 apply for VAWA, without background check

12/11 lawyer drop off a copy of I360 for the IO

12/15 Prima faice received

12/18 sent background check, also sent a letter to IO asking to expedite the I485 to vermont to be linked with I360

12/31 I360 touched

08/04 Apply for EAD renew

08/18 receive NOA

08/26 new card ordered

08/31 new card ordered (again??)

09/01 notice of approval of I765... (where is my VAWA approval??? God help me...)

09/03 EAD arrived in the mail!! ufa!

10/03 Sent letter to renew prima facie and inquire about vawa status.

10/05 I360 touched- changed to "Request for evidence review" (WTH????)

By the way guys, what is the next step??? My i485 was not touched yet.. Do I need to do something or do I just wait for them to contact me?? Thank uuuu!!!

thank you for your suggestion....congratulation again...and i'm very happy for you...i will drink a glass of wine for you....i called uscis today and i left a message....91 days since i respond to my RFE

yes i know, my attorney called , she has vermont phone number and she left a message...but i am thinking to write the service request letter , exactly like inpeace because i am tired to wait

i been to info pass either, and they told me that just vermont center has vawa record , any another centers or offices they dont have access to the info...

you dont talk to USCIS/I360vawa...

you just leave a message about your case(inquire or update status)

and in the next 3 days they will update or send you a mail about your inquire/case without call you back

if that makes sense......
