Don't worry stillalive, is probably something small. Lots of people here got RFE. Now the weird part is that ur status did not change to RFE request before saying that your letter returned... Guess we have to wait to see! Keep us posted...

11/04 I485 touched (still on initial review)

11/21 officer called lawyer about the I485 (btw: really nice IO)

12/10 apply for VAWA, without background check

12/11 lawyer drop off a copy of I360 for the IO

12/15 Prima faice received

12/18 sent background check, also sent a letter to IO asking to expedite the I485 to vermont to be linked with I360

12/31 I360 touched

08/04 Apply for EAD renew

08/18 receive NOA

08/26 new card ordered

Hi ladyg! I'm great (besides the wait... Hehehe!! ) how are u? How is life after this marathon finally ends??

Impeace ,I am fine thank you for asking .Life is okey,but to be honest I need to get used to being free lol.Imagine I recently got my driver's license for the first time in the USA after so many years ,I used to use my passport in stores and anywhere they needed my picture ID sometimes I will be looking for my passport in my handbag when I need to pull my driver's license and my kids will be laughing at me.I am planning a trip to go home when the kids are on summer break ,now just working hard for the trip.I am also addicted to visajourney lol though interested in vawa forum because this is where I got help and I would want to help someone too that could be going through something that I went through.Hang in there I know the waiting is tricky and can cause panic attacks and anxiety but it will be worth it,keep busy with work ,school,hobbies stay close to friends and family if any in the USA avoid spending time being by yourself that brings a lot of thoughts .You all in my prayers.

august 2011 - sent respond to RFE

september 2011 - I765 approval never got it, uscis sent 2 times on wrong address

november 2011- called uscis for renewal prima facie

november 2011 - got a letter I-765 moved to another office

december 2011 - called uscis regarding my prima facie, sent it to wrong address

you just got my point...

my status did not say too much...(RFE or second Prima Facie...)

but the crazy part is....

still on Initial Review. that really drive me nuts...i was diagnosed with

Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)...

plus this for sure I need to back on Meds.:(

by the way same situation here.

because my lawyer called them on 9th november and they said that they will send it, and yesterday my lawyer called again to ask if they send it or not because we did not received it, and uscis said that they sent it in that day, but the address was wrong , some happend to me with my EAD, and never got it and i applied for replacement ...still waiting

I hear u dee... But we need to remain positive!! All I wanted was to spend Xmas w my family that I haven't seen in 10 y... Well that's not gonna happen anymore... So now I'm not really worried... My lawyer is positive that we r getting an approval since there was no RFE...I guess is just a matter of time!!! :)
