Should I call cus service ? I don't want to hear what I'm seeing on line so what's the best number to call... Thanks guys.... It looks like it's the end of another week and no update from VSC ......

I'm not sure if how do u call Vermont, but u can call the uscis 1800 number.

I feel ur pain!!! Another week go buys and no news!!!

nov 04 Went to interview by myself, told officer will aplly for vawa

11/04 I485 touched (still on initial review)

11/21 officer called lawyer about the I485 (btw: really nice IO)

12/10 apply for VAWA, without background check

12/11 lawyer drop off a copy of I360 for the IO

12/15 Prima faice received

12/18 sent background check, also sent a letter to IO asking to expedite the I485 to vermont to be linked with I360

12/31 I360 touched

08/04 Apply for EAD renew

08/18 receive NOA

08/26 new card ordered

08/31 new card ordered (again??)

09/01 notice of approval of I765... (where is my VAWA approval??? God help me...)

09/03 EAD arrived in the mail!! ufa!

10/03 Sent letter to renew prima facie and inquire about vawa status.

10/05 I360 touched- changed to "Request for evidence review" (WTH????)

11/27 Recieved prima facie extension

11/30 VAWA APPROVED!!!! yupiiiiiiiiiiiiii12/04 I360 Touched

12/22 Interview noticed for 01/23/12

12/26 Interview canceled by USCIS

12/31 New interview notice for 01/30/12

01/31/12 Interview and new biometrics done!!!

Thanks Inpeace but I've read from other Post that when u call that 1800# they just read the same thing back to you that u see when u online stats. I really need some good news.... I hope it's worth the wait....

You can only leave a message for the vsc regarding vawa. For security reasons they dod not give any info over the phone.

I have called the 1800 number and u can ask them to isseu a service request due to the fact that ur case is out of the normal proceeding time... Let me know how it goes

I have a lawyer helping and I just told them I'm gonna call they don't want me to do it... That's bull she should be happy to do for the amount of money they charge me..... vSC said to call after the 60 days I don't see any harm in that...,,

Hi... I applied in may of 2011 and am so nervous about the decision. Hope this month after i see that they processing 04/25/2011 petitions. I think that u should make appointament for infopass. But if u have a lawyer,he may be able to do this for u. Hope the best for u.

I forgot to ask u... what was your RFE about??? I call my lawyer and she said that she will (i hope she did alredy... lol) request my prima facie renew...

I'm so nervous about the decision... i applied in 05/05/2011, so, if they processing 04/25/2011... im close, right? lol... What that mean 6.7 months in the time line. Hope hear from u soon...

Gizq, I did not get a RFE, I sent them a letter asking for prima facie renew and status of my case and after that they changed to "RFE response review".

In regards to the uscis timeline, I hope u have more luck then me and the others that are waiting since last year....

we all know how it is, but we need to be possitive and patient, like me, inpeace and etc. we waiting since august 2010 for decision, nothing yet

august 2010 - filed I-360, I-485, I-765

september 2010 - received prima facie

september 2010 -received work authorization without fingerprints

june 2011 - renewal prima facie

june 2011 - got RFE in the mail

july 2011 - applied for renewal I-765

august 2011 - sent respond to RFE

september 2011 - I765 approval never got it, uscis sent 2 times on wrong address

october 2011 - applied again for replacement work authorization

october 2011 - fingerprints done

november 2011- called uscis for renewal prima facie

november 2011 - got a letter I-765 moved to another office

december 2011 - called uscis regarding my prima facie, sent it to wrong address

december 23rd 2011 - got first transfer notice I-485 to NBC

january 11th 2012 - rceived the approval I-360...soo happy

january 17th 2012 - got second transfer notice email I-485 to local office

february 21th 2012 -i called uscis regarding my pending I 765, i did also service request

february 27th 2012 - got an email that they ask me for RFE in my case for I-765...omg

MARCH 1TH - gor the RFE about my I765, they ask me for 2 photos even i did my AOS 2 months ago

march 29 2012 - i got my inerview notice for april 11 and biometrics on april 6 ...soo happy

APRIL 11 2012 --- I485 APPROVED....YEEEEEEEE

They just told me ... Your case is initial review, nothing else...they do not have more inf.. they told me to service request and I did it but nothing happens.., just do not know what else to do.. I am thinking of hiring a lawyer .. I need to know what s going on .. Help

Prima facie renewed.. Now what is the next?

every case is diferent

when i renewaled my prima facie in june 2011 , after one week i got in the mail RFE, i answer back in august and i am still waiting

august 2010 - filed I-360, I-485, I-765

september 2010 - received prima facie

september 2010 -received work authorization without fingerprints

june 2011 - renewal prima facie

june 2011 - got RFE in the mail

july 2011 - applied for renewal I-765

august 2011 - sent respond to RFE
