my rfc are about abuse , god faith , and residence . i send some of these documents before , by the way i have almost evidences they needed and about abuse i m gonna sent affidavit so i don't know what's will be division but i m hopefully that 's be good and fine. :D

i m sure i m approves :D

also in the bottom form of rfc writing after receive evidence minimum 14 days to proceeds form and if have not heard from uscis within 60 days you may contact the uscis national customer service center (ncsc) at 1-800-375-5283....

I will say rewrite your declaration and if have bills or bank account statement or had properties such as car title send it to them. Give more details and be specific..... Good luck

I received my Green Card today valid until 2021

august 2010 - filed I-360, I-485, I-765

september 2010 - received prima facie

september 2010 -received work authorization without fingerprints

june 2011 - renewal prima facie

june 2011 - got RFE in the mail

july 2011 - applied for renewal I-765

august 2011 - sent respond to RFE

september 2011 - I765 approval never got it, uscis sent 2 times on wrong address

october 2011 - applied again for replacement work authorization

october 2011 - fingerprints done

november 2011- called uscis for renewal prima facie

november 2011 - got a letter I-765 moved to another office

december 2011 - called uscis regarding my prima facie, sent it to wrong address

december 23rd 2011 - got first transfer notice I-485 to NBC

january 11th 2012 - rceived the approval I-360...soo happy

january 17th 2012 - got second transfer notice email I-485 to local office

february 21th 2012 -i called uscis regarding my pending I 765, i did also service request

february 27th 2012 - got an email that they ask me for RFE in my case for I-765...omg

MARCH 1TH - gor the RFE about my I765, they ask me for 2 photos even i did my AOS 2 months ago

march 29 2012 - i got my inerview notice for april 11 and biometrics on april 6 ...soo happy

APRIL 11 2012 --- I485 APPROVED....YEEEEEEEE

okay guys lets be positive... if they processing april/2011... We will get good news soon... I also applied in may/2011... Hope get my approve soon... I miss my mom so much... God bless all...

nov 04 Went to interview by myself, told officer will aplly for vawa

11/04 I485 touched (still on initial review)

11/21 officer called lawyer about the I485 (btw: really nice IO)

12/10 apply for VAWA, without background check

12/11 lawyer drop off a copy of I360 for the IO

12/15 Prima faice received

12/18 sent background check, also sent a letter to IO asking to expedite the I485 to vermont to be linked with I360

12/31 I360 touched

08/04 Apply for EAD renew

08/18 receive NOA

08/26 new card ordered

08/31 new card ordered (again??)

09/01 notice of approval of I765... (where is my VAWA approval??? God help me...)

09/03 EAD arrived in the mail!! ufa!

10/03 Sent letter to renew prima facie and inquire about vawa status.

10/05 I360 touched- changed to "Request for evidence review" (WTH????)

11/27 Recieved prima facie extension

11/30 VAWA APPROVED!!!! yupiiiiiiiiiiiiii12/04 I360 Touched

I've notice that I haven't seen any approvals in the last few weeks I think they re in go slow mode I hope they pick up their pace soon it's over a year do u guys think I have to do another medical the last one was done in August 2010 boy it's all about the money ......

don't worry about medical my friend ....i applied in august 2010...still waiting but they never ask me for my medical

Thanks giveusfree! Hope they hurry up indeed!!! All this wait is just so consuming... I have been trying to keep it positive, but is getting harder and harder... Sometimes I just cry myself to sleep... ;(

Inpeace I was feeling the same way as you it was not until I started to read you guys post that I was able to sleep at night ,when I realize I'm not alone I have company in my boat be strong we need each other.....
