Lucy it looks to me like you havent applied to i485 yet. You should call ur lawyer and find out. The i485 is a totally different form from i360.

nov 04 Went to interview by myself, told officer will aplly for vawa

11/04 I485 touched (still on initial review)

11/21 officer called lawyer about the I485 (btw: really nice IO)

12/10 apply for VAWA, without background check

12/11 lawyer drop off a copy of I360 for the IO

12/15 Prima faice received

12/18 sent background check, also sent a letter to IO asking to expedite the I485 to vermont to be linked with I360

12/31 I360 touched

08/04 Apply for EAD renew

08/18 receive NOA

08/26 new card ordered

08/31 new card ordered (again??)

09/01 notice of approval of I765... (where is my VAWA approval??? God help me...)

09/03 EAD arrived in the mail!! ufa!

10/03 Sent letter to renew prima facie and inquire about vawa status.

10/05 I360 touched- changed to "Request for evidence review" (WTH????)

11/27 Recieved prima facie extension

11/30 VAWA APPROVED!!!! yupiiiiiiiiiiiiii12/04 I360 Touched

The i485 takes around 4 to 5 months to process and without it you will not be able adjust your status.... So hurry up! Good luck!!

Inpeace,NBC says they will not adjust my status until they receive the passports & I-693(they sent me a yellow letter) which i believe they will receive soon.VSC say they will reach a decision in 60days according to the review for RFE letter.No approval letter yet,just claiming my approval in the SPIRIT.U have to believe to receive.There are no online updates yet apart 4m the touch 4m VSC on oct 18.How do u post timeline here?

April 2009-Divorced

April 2011-Filed I-360,I-485,I-765(filed few days b/4 divorce was 2yrs which would have made me ineligible)

May 24,2011-RFE(For good faith marriage & Good moral character)

Aug 19,2011-I-485 touched(correspondence from USCIS were returned)

Aug 24,2011 & Aug 26,2011-Attorney called USCIS

Sept 12,2011-Another RFE for I-693 & passports sent

Sept 19,2011-RFE for I-693 & Passport received

Oct 18,2011-I-360 touched(status changed to "Response to RFE review)

Hello everyone!

It's 2 months now since I sent in my RFE, and yet nothing. I am praying for a miracle, for good news this week.

Is anyone in my shoes? (waiting longer than 60 days for a response from Vermont after RFE?

Congratulations Murid, and everyone else that got approved recently, I wish you all the best from here on out.

And for those like me who are still waiting, we will ALL receive approvals in Jesus name. Amen!

august 2010 - filed I-360, I-485, I-765

september 2010 - received prima facie

september 2010 -received work authorization without fingerprints

june 2011 - renewal prima facie

june 2011 - got RFE in the mail

july 2011 - applied for renewal I-765

august 2011 - sent respond to RFE

september 2011 - I765 approval never got it, uscis sent 2 times on wrong address

october 2011 - applied again for replacement work authorization

october 2011 - fingerprints done

november 2011- called uscis for renewal prima facie

november 2011 - got a letter I-765 moved to another office

december 2011 - called uscis regarding my prima facie, sent it to wrong address

december 23rd 2011 - got first transfer notice I-485 to NBC

january 11th 2012 - rceived the approval I-360...soo happy

january 17th 2012 - got second transfer notice email I-485 to local office

february 21th 2012 -i called uscis regarding my pending I 765, i did also service request

february 27th 2012 - got an email that they ask me for RFE in my case for I-765...omg

MARCH 1TH - gor the RFE about my I765, they ask me for 2 photos even i did my AOS 2 months ago

march 29 2012 - i got my inerview notice for april 11 and biometrics on april 6 ...soo happy

APRIL 11 2012 --- I485 APPROVED....YEEEEEEEE

Hi I dont even live in Fl,but try to find a day break in your area. They will find u a lawyer and the best thing that it is for free.

Gizq definitely renew!! Don't listen to your lawyer... I didn't renew mine and now is gonna be almost a year with no news.... Renew yours, at least they will take a look at your case to issue the prima facie!!!

Sissy if you Have already applied There is nothing a lawyer can do for you that you can't do it yourself.... At this point all u need to do is wait... Unless you got a RFE and don't know what to do about it.... There is plenty of help here in the forum, and to be honest I think some people here know more about vawa than many lawyers!! Lol

if you want the prima facie just send a letter to uscis and explain to them that you did not get the prima facie or call them

I applied in august 2010 and I got RFE in june 2011, it was my first touch after i filed Vawa

dont worry , be positive, and everything will be allright, and not everybody get RFE

august 2010 - filed I-360, I-485, I-765

september 2010 - received prima facie

september 2010 -received work authorization without fingerprints

june 2011 - renewal prima facie

june 2011 - got RFE in the mail

july 2011 - applied for renewal I-765

august 2011 - sent respond to RFE

Hey guys, can anyone tell me how long it takes for uscis to give an interview after you reschedule? I reschedule my interview about 4 weeks now and I got no response.......the interview was in a different state from where I live.....thanx guys.
