Everything happened like a miracle. I was expecting an interview letter and all of a sudden I got a call and interview next day. I hope and pray that every one in this forum who is waiting for approval get a miracle. You all deserve it.

Hello everyone ... I have a question maybe u guys can help me.. I filed my case I do not have a police report o restriction order to prove the abuse... I had a report from the emergency room, chest pain .. letter from the doctor I have been on antidepressant since 2008 .. Letter from the women in distress therapy I have been 31 individual section ... do I need psychological evaluation?

In the absence of police report, and restraining order I think the evaluation report will be very helpful. However, you have to be really careful, if the report contradicts with your personal declaration then don't send it to immigration. On the other hand you can also rewrite your personal declaration to include the reason why you never call the police or get restraining order.

It's 2 months now since I sent in my RFE, and yet nothing. I am praying for a miracle, for good news this week.

Is anyone in my shoes? (waiting longer than 60 days for a response from Vermont after RFE?

Thanks myjay. Don't worry it will soon be here, I remember my RFE was received January 13 and I got approval April 20. Be strong and know that it will come!

Like Murid has said its just a waiting game with Vermont Sercive Center ,my RFE was received febuary 8th and 60 days passed never heard anything from them until August like 5 months later .It may come sooner or later but my advice be patient and keep the faith it will surely come.

i am in the same situation , i have 2 months and 3 days for the date i submited my RFE...NOTHING YET ...STILL WAITING FOR A MIRACLE

It has been 17 years for me Kwala. I don't know what is happening to me. Yesterday (11/4/11):I got a text from vermont saying my I-360 is denied I don't know if it is the NOID or not.I assure you they sent it after My one and final RFE. I just want to end this suffering. I have not received the denial decision notice mail as yet. I tell you tho my whole day was ruined by that. I am sure you can help me brother. I do need direction on what to do to set myself free from this bondage. I just want to be ahead so that when I get the letter I can tell you guys what they denied me on and we can go from there.

did you get the green card? because i dont understand....how they approved I-485 if you have denied or if you been in pending?

Hi Julieta27 I think Harry66 was responding to Kwala who it took 7 years to have approval and finally green card.As for Harry66 he isnt sure yet if the email they send him is for DENIAL or NOID .He is asking for help

Harry66 wait for the letter please dont panic you need that strength if you have to move forward and fight this battle.When the letter come if its denial re-apply and if possible enclude much evidence as you can and if possible check and re-write your testmony.Anyone that is applying for vawa please make sure that your testmony tarry with your evidence.Somtimes people write good testmony then red flag is that the evidence doesnt tarry with the testmony.Wishing you all the best harry66 and strong.
