Wow ladyg! You were very lucky!! It's been already 20 days since I wrote my letter, no renew no nothing... Keeping my fingers crossed!

Gizq welcome and good luck! Vawa times differ alot!! But is ussualy around 8 months (I'm already on 10)

Impeace I know the quietness of Vermont isnt good, does a lot of mind playing games on a person.Hang in there dear as long as there not asking for more evidence you are good .Like you said to Gizg vawa cases are unpredictable as far as processing time is concerned.God makes all things beautiful in his own time.

Hi everyone...

I did like to share my timeline

05/05/2011-FILED I360 with fee waive,1765 AND I485

06/06/2011-Received my biometric appointment,Fee waive approved

06/07/2011-Prima Facie received

08/10/2011-EAD card approved

My questions is anyone know how long takes for I 360 decision? When i first applied the timeline for vawa was 6.3 months. Now (octuber) its 10 months... Thanks for any response...

Gizq, I applied about the sametime as you I got my prima facie in May and still nothing, I went to look at the timeline and it now says processing applications from 2007 :( I guess we are in for a long wait. I had told myself I would not think about it and just wait but its not easy. I did not apply for my I485 but maybe I should do it so that the wait is not long after i get my approval.

Hang in there just know you not alone

Its no easy... At all this time I had some much problem. I lost my dad, my mom is very depression and I missing my family by the way. Can u think about make the decision to stay here when someone that u love sick and is gonna die. They (uscis) should a least try to make the decision at time. We are illegal but we are human been. What about u? Have u applied for employment authorization? U really need to apply for I 485 to make things easy for u in the future. I talk to u soon.

These are new processing time for vawa cases ,meaning minimum process is 5 months and maximum is 11 months 3 weeks. So one can only call USCIS to ask for their cases to be expedited after the 11 months 3 weeks has lapsed.Like I said there's no way to be sure with USCIS,cases could be approved early,on time and sometimes even exceed the normal processing time.To all my friends waiting for vawa approval be strong and patient at the end it shall be worth the wait.

USCIS National Goal - 5.0 Month(s)

USCIS National Average - 8.1 Month(s)

Vermont Service Center - 11.3 Month(s)

I talked to my lawyer before about Travel Document and she told me that i need to be in same immigration status before i left usa. That mean the uscis approve travel doc most the time but when the adj status came they wil denied just because you wasn't here for the consecutives 3 years... i dont know talk to someone before u left. All the best for u... talk to u soon.

Thanks. Ladyg. the officer took my original I-94. don't know why though. also I was stressed because the officer asked about "what happened". Well I-360 is approved so the same question should not be asked again. All the best.

i had my I 485 interview first week of this month IO took my i-94 as well, she even asked me about the abuse.. Which of course like you the question stressed me out.. Few questions about if i was convicted or was a member of a gang.. The IO seems very nice but still i wouldnt know.. So dont worry youll be fine.. I just got the card production email few days ago.. The IO didnt say if i am aproved or what the day of the interview. She just said that i have to wait within 30 days because they have to review ..
