After 17 mo I receive a txt saying rfe seriously

all this time waiting for this? They shouldve asked for it sooner

I see many cases like this..when u Send RFE back, they will approve yours.

It's a sign that your journey would end with a good news soon.

Good luck and stay thirsty my friend

To Myjay,

Would you mind telling me how do u get to US?

I got here on a student visa and got married 2 years later, but my spouse refuse to file an adjustment of status for me,

Which means that I'm still an F1 visa holder.

I emailed my school dean and she said that The Prima Facie on its own only reveals the status of your case it cannot be used for reclassification of your tuition status.

I really need an instate tuition rate.

I live in WA state and you?..idk what to do

Please guide me through out of this black tunnel

Thanks

Guys you need to understand something. They touch your process twice, first time to issue the prima facie and second time to adjudicate, but if when they are adjudicating they notice something is missing or incomplete they send and RFE,besides that every time you see your cause was "touched" it means they move your box from one place to another place of the building. When they receive your file they put your case inside a box and each box receive a number and they scan the box every time they move the box and it shows "touched", it doesn't mean "touched" that they are looking at your file at all.

They have 25 adjudicators to adjudicate 12.000 vawa cases per year plus 10.000 U visa. The work days are 260 per year it means each adjudicator has 4 vawa cases per day to adjudicate, cases from 50 to 300 pages, they are not lazy, just Vawa Unit doesn't have enough adjudicators.

My question is wat is preventing uscis from hiring more adjucators. There are many people in need of jobs that I can assure you. So hire and train like any other company does.

If you concurrently filed an I-485 with your I-360 and you don't have more than six months of unlawful presence then you can apply for and use AP.

missmd i asked czr to post my answer regarding your question because i am unable to connect the internet this week. I am not a self petitioner;i am an attorney then i do not have a vawa case. THey will review your case one more time .They sent you an RFE because they couldnt issue a prima facie without your police certificate.Vawa unit  will review your case and they can send another RFE if the adjudicator understands they need more proof ok. .sandranj
