domi-nique I suggest you discuss with your lawyer regarding your EAD because he may plan to file a Motion to Terminate Removal Proceedings with the I-485 application and then in this case you can't submit the I-485 along with form I-360 to Uscis. I explained before what states the law, but without seeing your file i can't tell you what the best thing to do in your case.If you have a cancellation of removal application pending you may now be able to file for an EAD.You have to discuss with your lawyer the best option.Do not send any document to USCIS without a lawyer handle your case ,if you don't have a lawyer then find a pro bono layer in your area.

Is it true that with pending I-485, we are eligible for resident tuition rate?

I tried to search this information in WA state website, but I haven't encountered.

In Texas and Florida, a pending I-485 is eligible for resident rate.

Guys I kmow I have felt at times at my lowest but I can't give up and let my abuser win and I have to be strong for my daughter it's 14 months and counting still no approval or RFE. We are all helpless but I think we need a voice. sometimes I think of wat we can do so vsc can hear our frustration or uscis on a whole. In our case especially being abuse it feels like the abuse all over again. Wat can we really do bombard vsc with letters of frustration only God knows but my friends just put your faith in him. Remember he his an ON TIME GOD.

Take care guys and remember we are here to support each other through the good, bad, and ugly feel free to vent your frustration.

In those moments I try to remember all I went through and that feeling makes me keep going. I know its not fair be waiting for so long, but sometimes good things take time and as we didnt deserve get into this we have to be sure there is a bright future awaiting. I hope the best for everyone of you in this forum and I hope we can have your approvals soon.

USCIS are telling me that as a self-petitioning widower my I-360 needs to be adjudicated at VSC. I'm still not buying that, as it directly contradicts some things I have been told by other attorneys, but for now my I-360 seems to be stuck in the pile of VAWA I-360s at VSC.
