vawa the law denies public benefits to many immigrants, but battered immigrant can receive public benefits as "qualified immigrants." Uscis issues Prima facie TO GET PUBLIC BENEFITS when you need it.What you are reading is related to immigrants and visa holders, but battered people ARE NOT IMMIGRANT, ARE "QUALIFIED IMMIGRANT".

what did the father-in-law want?

Do u have to have a Prima Facie first to file for relocation compensate?

I had to borrow my friend's money for taxi to move out. I'm that broke.

The sad thing Is the father in law followed us all the way to my new place even I told him not to come

before I moved out, my wife told me that she would make my life more miserable and finding ways to get me deport back.

to answer your question, few days later, my wife and her mum barged into my new house and cursing out at me.

I called the cop and they were smart, they left right away before the cop arrived.

what did the father-in-law want?

Hi there,

Sure thing. I applied at healthfirst, they are low income or no income insurance provider. As long as you have a Social Security number they will handle the application for you. All you have to do is wait for the Medicaid card in the mail. I suggest you look for insurance providers in your state.
