I applied in june'2009.denied in dec'2010. appeal in oct'2011 denied in sep'2012

I filed I-290B after 10 months of denied VAWA. I-290B should filed within 33 days after denied.

How do I sign up and email and text alert from USCIS?

Vawa, Go to USCIS web site, then in where you check your case status enter your receipt number, click on check status and there you will see in the top right side of the screen : sign to my account, click there and then you can register and set up your setting such text, email, etc.

bit confuse u said ur neighbour affadavit, passport copy thats it.did u send in ur affadavit with evidence of bona marriage eg.lease,bills,pics, proof of abuse.wat exactly u sent

SARAH kHAN I just hope you are not filing the form I-360 with the same lawyer that filed your I-290B, because he filed an appeal after 10 months of the denial when the law says 30 days, he must be a bad lawyer.

I'm glad I found this forum before I hired a lawyer.

I had first meeting with them. Some of them suggests that I should file AOS first and once it's approved, we will file I-360. They would be so wrong.

Most of my evidence is based on mental abuse. The only thing I claimed as physical abuse when she bite my neck till it was bleeding when I was asleep just because I was too tired to have sex with her. I submit that photo as well
