I have attorney and he wrote letter asking what is going on in June but I never got anything from VSC. Also he told me that I cant call VSC because they wont talk to me when i have attorney.

That lawyer need to do his job if he was calling vsc on the regular he would get a response my friend in the past 3 days had contacted vsc and they called her back twice. I really don't get it if he wrote a letter and got no response tell him to call the line where they speak to attorneys on file. My friend is going through problems with her attorney all they want is the money nothing else I think we the clients that have lawyers should put them on blast on the Internet search your lawyer and leave a review not a good one to that if he is not doing his/her job. If my lawyer starts acting the fool I can guarantee u I will. it will save the next person their money and a bad attorney. Good luck with everything

When i called and left my information,they called me back and said they cant talk to me because they can only talk to my

attorney. My attorney sent them an email, vsc replied and said they were working on june 2011 applications.

Yahghana, how long ago was this reply from VSC?

Young seattle you are not alone, i filed my i360 in april 2011 but no response as yet. My attorney told me all i gotta do is wait, im surprised to learn that the word expedite exists which is contrary to what my attorney told me. im glad VJ gives us the knowledge.

not everyone qualifies for expedite i think some of the reasons are if you are in removal proceedings, medical condition thats wat am gatheringbut who knows

This waiting thing is driving me crazy, i cant help to think my marriage was much better than VSC.

Gosh, Sync78, you have attorney, but VSC keep ignore you, that is weird, by the way, expedite means urgent situation, for example, you bought a house, you cannot pay your mortgage on time, or you have urgent medical treatment in the state.

From my experience, if your wife is drug addicted, even she uses crack or crystal math, that is not qualified from VSC's expedite.

Although my doctor Nacy suggest me go to mental hospital, I donot think so, even VSC give me expedite for that, I donot want do that, because you will only got $680 mental

disable benefit for that, you cannot work for any other employers, that is ridiculous. Because I want work as engineer in US company using my electrical engineer degrees, if I got my Phd in theology, I join in the US army, my military rank will be major, but I cannot leave my wife anymore after I come back Seattle, it is too scary like this, leave her alone with those mother F....ckers drug dealers for 20 months, Gosh.....

anyway, after I come back Seattle, I work for my mentor in New York life Bellevue branch, anyone want to buy life and long term care insurance, found me and I will give you the

best deal, my mentor said everyone who is still breath need buy insurance in the state, so funny, he is 72 yrs old, but still work as senior manager, i respect him so much. He

even help me for my good moral reference letter to VSC. he treats me just like his son, I hope he can live 100 yrs at least. God will bless him.

10 months!! this situation is driving me crazy.. my lawyer said they are still working on June cases, but i have heard some August and December cases got approved.. I don't know what to think anymore..

Hi hopeful send a letter to vsc ATTN vawa unit and put requesting renewal of prima facie include you case number in the letter and also send a copy of your prima facie.the address for vsc is at the bottom of your prima facie. Good luck I just did it and received mine a week ago

hi hopeful12, take me 15 months to get approved. No touches, no rfe, nothing. i got 5 prima facies. I never used my prima facies cause i work and i never needed, so i live for who need this, thats my opinion. But if u need use it. Inpeace told to reneew it always, so they take a look in your case, works for me... good luck...
