Thanks ladyg, the only thing is that everytime they send me these updates my heart almost stop thinking is my i360.... But nothing so far... :(

nov 04 Went to interview by myself, told officer will aplly for vawa

11/04 I485 touched (still on initial review)

11/21 officer called lawyer about the I485 (btw: really nice IO)

12/10 apply for VAWA, without background check

12/11 lawyer drop off a copy of I360 for the IO

12/15 Prima faice received

12/18 sent background check, also sent a letter to IO asking to expedite the I485 to vermont to be linked with I360

12/31 I360 touched

08/04 Apply for EAD renew

08/18 receive NOA

08/26 new card ordered

08/31 new card ordered (again??)

09/01 notice of approval of I765... (where is my VAWA approval??? God help me...)

09/03 EAD arrived in the mail!! ufa!

10/03 Sent letter to renew prima facie and inquire about vawa status.

10/05 I360 touched- changed to "Request for evidence review" (WTH????)

11/27 Recieved prima facie extension

Hello Kymber22 ,how are you and how is it going any news? I still believe that you will recieve your approval letter for vawa since your i 485 was transferred to NBC ,my vawa online hasnt changed even though it has been approval says review to RFE that was sent by me and recieved by them.

Hey Lady G, I haven't received an approval notice up to today....I'm alittle worried but in God I put my trust....

You will kymber! I'm praying for u... Let me ask u a question, last year when they denied ur case, did they send a notice with a intention to deny? How long after u applied? I'm getting worried about my case...

Divorce is Final (August 31, 2011) EAD picked up by USPS. Thank God. My employer needs a new EAD by September 30, looks like I will make it. Good luck to everyone waiting..............

hello guys ,

does any body renew or extension perima face ?

couple Weeks ago i sent letter for extension perima face, to day i recived letter 2nd Prima Facie extension notice

the time this prima till February 2012.

i don't know what's happened about my vawa? what 's decision? approve , deny ? :( what meaning of renew perima it is good or no

by the way I'm tired this time, but I'm hopefully .

i must renew driver license with this perima but i don't know can do it or not? any body have experience for sharing ?

another question when pending 1-360 can travel outside of USA with travel document , do have any effect in process of vawa ?

somebody guys have any experience for sharing ?:help:

I have applied a little before you and still no news... In regards to renewing the prima facie, my lawyer said it wasn't necessary since I'm not receiving any benefits from the state. In regards to the driver license, what state do you reside? in jersey you don't need the prima facie only the EAD card and social security. Look at the DMV website to see which documents your state requires.... I'm so tired of waiting too!!! hope we will have some news soon!! :star:

Hey lion lion,

With regards to renewing your licensce in Virginia you will need you EAD card, and an official document from USCIS. For example if you get your EAD based on pending I-485 they will need to see your I-485 receipt notice, if you get your EAD based on deferred action then they will need your Deferred action notice. EAD alone or prima facie alone will not work in VA. They changed the law. You can look it up www.dmvnow.com
