oh lord my God u wont belive it.my i360 ave been aapproved.i just had the email and txt.am crying i feel like runing on the street naked.on my god thank u so much i dont know what to type but i wish u all the best of luck in ur i360 and other case.

Hello murid2010.when u received the approved i360 what was included,an interview letter or what.i plse want to know.because previously my i485 has been transfered to nbc and uscis say they are going to notify nvc.so now who is going to call me for interview?national benefit center or national visa center?am confused.someone shuld plse help.thanks

My Approval notice came with a notice of deferred action for 15 months. Deferred action is an administrative procedure which means you are allowed to stay in US for 15 months to adjust status. About Interview I was trying to use my old I-485 but when i made info pass to check the status i was advised to file a new I-485 so i just filed a new I-485 June 20th. In your situation you should expect to receive an interview notice from your local office. Now that your I-360 has been approved National benefit Center will transfer your case to the local office for Standard Interview, so you looking at another 30 days or less to get that notice. You only have to deal National Visa Center if your spouse was not a US citizen which means you have to wait for a Visa Number to become available.

thank you very much murid,so now i know who am expecting an interview from.i and my ex-husband are seperated now since 2009.do i ave to divorce him before i go for the interview?we both live in a seperate cities now.

Congratulations Yulisa and all the others who have been approved. My case is still pending since I refiled in January. So far i got a new work permit and travel documents. I'm hoping for the best. Good luck to you all.

You should start the divorce process as soon as possible. They may asked you for divorce papers at the interview. If you don't have it you can show them that you filled it and pending. Is not something to be worried about but it's always good to have it started before interview just to show that something happen that caused the divorce and that something is the abuse. When I got an RFE for my I-360 I was asked if I was divorced.

You should start the divorce process as soon as possible. They may asked you for divorce papers at the interview. If you don't have it you can show them that you filled it and pending. Is not something to be worried about but it's always good to have it started before interview just to show that something happen that caused the divorce and that something is the abuse. If your marriage has been lawfully terminated through divorce or annulment, please submit a copy of the termination document

(Such as court decree or judgment). If your divorce or annulment is still pending, please submit evidence indicating the current status of the court proceedings. Evidence may include hearing notices, court scheduling orders or docket print-out.

My Response: Divorce process not started due state regulations (Six months separation with no kids or property involve) before a divorce can be filed.

If you are now divorced, have you remarried?

My Response: No

everybody.i hope everything is gud despite u r all waiting for approval.it wil come.soon.ok today I had an email that says my i458 has been transfered to uscis office.and they did not tel me wether its vcs or I dont know.has any body been thru dis.or can any body help.
