Sandranj: have a good sunday,

So far no news is good news for me, VSC received my "Notice of Action" reply letter on July 20th, also WSP sent them my past three years non-criminal record paper on Augest 1st, I am so scared, they said they will make decision in 14 days, but I saw my case status is still under initial review since March 28th 2011, :bonk:

have a nice sunday to all you guys, enjoy your hot summer day in the state.

I hope everyone is doing great? I just need to vent a little. Some of you have gone through this process already and were once in our shoes. I wonder why when we request help from some of you that already have approvals, no one seems to respond. I have sent several PMs to people who have had approvals and they fail to respond despite popping up after receiving the mails. God help us all.

optimistic wedding certificate and license don't show bonafide marriage, but you should send if you have tax return, notarized affidavits from friends stating the relationship was genuine, health insurance plan, car insurance, ID showing same address, wedding cards, greeting cards, if you use to shop online send copy of the invoices showing were the goods were delivered, if you have letter from doctor, dentist showing same address of your husband or ex husband,if you travel together boarding passes, hotel invoices, pictures etc...Explain to USCIS why you didn't have joint bank account or joint tax return, tell them all details , because sometimes some husbands were controlling and basically kept the women inside the house without any rights.

No problem I try to help as much as I can. Sandranj answered it perfectly I guess if you don't have most of wat mentioned just explain in an affidavit that your husband was too controlling so you don't have them and just provide all that you have. Good luck everything will work out

God is great

optimisticchic send NOTARIZED affidavits ok, the person must mention full name, address, phone number, place of birth, date of birth, last time see your husband and you together, if they visited your house and when. Does he rent a house? could you get an affidavit or just a letter from the landlord stating that you lived in the house from xxx to xxxx and that he saw you in the house several times, specify day, month and year.

Explain in your affidavit why you didn't have utilities bills, joint bank account and joint tax return. Write in your affidavit you asked him many times to add your name and he refused, explain his refusal to add your name. Explain how he controlled you, tell if he was extremely jealous and if he didn't allow you to have any money or buy any clothes etc...Did you use to go to any church/mosque with him, did the priest/pastor etc...see you with him at least once, twice? then ask an affidavit as well.
