hi Macbook, I do appreciate you can understand my feeling, Actually drug addicted is nothing new in the state, all drug addicted people are hungried for money, VSC already knew my "good" evidences as you said, for example, my wife spent my wells fargo bank ATM card buy drug, stealed the laptop I bought for her sister's birthday gift, took my 56 cents on the kitchen table and left a note to say why not put more money on the table with her own signature, even her sisters tried to hide their digit cameras from my wife, they said my wife will steal it to buy beer and drug.

All in all, I never told my wife I sent my vawa for my greencard, I just told her I applied my own self-petition greencard, I told her my case is nearly done, please wait for me in Seattle. Even in case my case is denied, she still can come to live with me in Auckland, I treat her as an illness people who need my help, so do her two younger sisters and my mother-in-law, I support four US citizens since I am the only man in my family.

Remember I saw the movie <Forrest Gump> his girlfriend is drug addicted too, Forrest Gump still love her and tried to give her peaceful life until she died by some "strange" disease. In my wedding ceremony, pastor Zeta said husband and wife are life long friends, partners and lovers. Imagine if i abandon my wife, no Seattle men tried to married her again, who want to married with a drug addicted people on earth.

My cousin's high school classmate's uncle once chatted with me in Seattle, he said his wife is a serious drug addicted by using crystal myth, he divorced her, 30 yrs later he met her on the street, she is getting well and quit drug, even get remarried with new baby, he said he thought she has already died long long time ago. that is god's miracle.I have to say those drug addicted people must got two lives to survive. Be honesty, my parents hated my first christan marriage in Seattle, but in this situation, I cannot quit, I really hope oneday my wife can quit drug and enjoy her drug free new life, everyone will be died one day, death sometimes is lighter than a feather, but responsibility is always heavier than a mountain! since I want to be a pastor later on, this is just a test from God which I cannot fail so easily. If my greencard can exchange my wife's drug free new life,if VSC can took my burden as a exhausted husband and a worried brother-in-law and son-in-law, I want to say thanks to VSC.

Below is the letter I sent to USCIS. I sent the letter on June 8th, 2012 and they approved my case on June 22nd, 2012. Please make sure you sign the letter before sending. I have a question. On my letter, it says to file to go to my local USCIS office for I-485 application but I already have one that is pending from my marriage.

Hello,

My name is XXXX XXXXXXX. My case numbers are EACXXXXXXXX. I’m contacting your office because it appears my case is beyond the current processing time posted on USCIS.GOV. Please advise.

Thank You

XXXX

to receive a work permit, shouldn't it requires for i-360 to be approved first? because I saw some people said that they got EAD card before their

i-360 approved. Please help me
