thanks Sandranj, i think you are partly right, my wife is also the victim of drug. her dad was life sentence in Minnisota jail for cop killing in Seattle night years ago, only called my wife twice from the past 9 yrs, I have two younger sister-in-law, one is 17 and another is only 8 yrs old, they cannot even afford buy a fan in very hot summer, can you imagine those kind of US family who are living by child support and food stamps.

I think Bible said people should first learn forgive before they learn love. At least my wife is still married with me, I have no reason to abandon her and my two sister-in-law, they are all depending on me, I am a Phd in Engineering field, I can survive in Auckland, so do Seattle.

USCIS call the people like me are beneficors,I think my wife and her family are also beneficors from me. By US immigration law, married with US citizen for two years is permanent residence, I got married with my US citizen wife for three years and two months, still got nothing. That is what I said if US government does care about my wife and my two sister-in-law, they should let me go back Seattle, I support four US citizens, my wife, my mother-in-law and my two younger sister-in-law. my mother-in-law said I am a good man, I think I have heart and deserve my greencard, my parents have free medicalcare in Auckland, but my wife's family got nothing, even cannot afford buy fruits everyday. the worst thing in the world is seeing the kids' hungry faces in the state.

Did your wife started filing anything for you before you were sent back?

hi love me, my wife is so scared about US government, firstly her dad is cop killer, as she said who want to have a criminal dad. secondly she is drug addicted, i billed her out for her first DUI with $1600 in 2009, she said she will never come back jail again. I borrowed her three US immigration handbooks from Bellevue library, she said she read every words on it, but she told me does she will come back jail if she helped me for my US immigration, I got no answer for this, US immigration goes like this way even US citizens feel unsafety. Imagine one US citizen like my wife who has never been outside of the state, how could possible for her to understand US immigration is such tough way. All I can do is leaving things like that, no need to push her anymore, as long as we are still married, keep faith on my first christian marriage,US has justice for all,In God we trust!

If marriage is not Bona Fide (means that parties did not enter in marriage in good faith and that marriage is only for immigration benefits) she is right. Anybody who commits any kind if fraud serially immigration fraud will be prosecuted and will go to jail up to 5 years and/or $250,000 fine.

Now if marriage is Bona Fide I will advise you to go with your wife to immigration attorney who will explain that there is nothing to be worried about.

Her fathers past does not have anything to do with immigration benefits. Her criminal record also will not hurt your case. USCIS officer won't even ask about it.

Now I'm not sure if for case is VAWA case, but if it is let me know because you may have some VERY good evidence!

Good luck!

I'm praying for ALL (including myself LOL) of you whiting on VSC to make final word on our cases! I love you guys and hopefully our nightmare will soon be done! :innocent:

I'm not attorney and this is not legal advice, this is just my personal opinion!

Little good news!

Dear ***,

Thank you for contacting me about the Violence Against Women Act. I share your views that all victims of violence should be protected.

In the 1970s, when I served on the Ingham County Commission, I worked on an effort to establish one of the first domestic violence shelters in Michigan. It was tough at that time because there was not an understanding of domestic violence.

We are a long way from that debate today. I strongly believe all victims of domestic violence should have the dignity of knowing that the law is on their side. These individuals should be able to get the shelter they need for themselves and their children. I am pleased that the Violence Against Women Act passed the Senate by a vote of 68-31. Now it is time for the House of Representatives to share that value and stand up for people who find themselves in a situation where they are a victim of violence.

Thank you again for contacting me. Please continue to keep me informed about issues of concern to you and your family.

Sincerely,

Debbie Stabenow

United States Senator
