On June 28, 2012, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I360 PETITION FOR AMERASIAN, WIDOWER, OR SPECIAL IMMIGRANT. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283

I got two PF...the one that I currently have which is my second one is to expire in October...They never asked for RFE because I sent them all at one....I can't express how I feel...PLEASE ME MORE SPIRITUAL. NO MATTER WHAT YOUR RELIGION..PRAYERS DOES WONDERS

choiskoph my email is sandrinhacv@hotmail.com. If you want send me your own affidavit and I will review for you ok. Write down everything since you met her,got married, what's happened until now,all details (5/7 pages maximum). Get notarized affidavits from friends stating you had a bonafide marriage.

01/17/2012 Got responds from VSC email saying that they can't talk about my case over phone or e-mail.

04/20/2015 I-765 and I-131 APPROVED.

06/25/2015 Respond to I-360 RFE sent to VSC

07/14/2015 I-360 application APPROVED!!!

ICE

04/29/2011 Went for appointment with ICE officer and got processed
06/01/2011 Turn my passport in and started to report to BI twice a month in BI office, ones a month via phone and once a month they come to my home
01/05/2012 Still don't have court date!
02/02/2012 Terminated removal proceedings.

I filled ending of March 2011 but they received my application on April 12th, 2011

on the other hand HELP please

My attorney passed away 2 days ago and i was just informed. this is so sad for me. it's like everything around me is fading away and dying. i don't know how i will handle things so any input will be greatly appreciated. but while waiting please sendout a prayer along with me so that his soul rests in peace.
