I am going crazy here its been 13 months!!!! AND NOTHING, no RFE, nothing...=(

I dont know whats going on...i called senators office already to help, sent letter to vermont and I feel ignored...but I am still hopeful...

Brokenheart2 you did the fingerprints for your AOS right? Did you receive a letter to do fingeprints for witch petition? If it's for you vawa case you have to go for fingerprints, but if is regarding the EAD that you submitted with the AOS call them and let them know you already did the fingerprints.You don't have to rush to file your divorce,take your time.You don't need to be divorced to attend your AOS interview. I am sorry for what you went through, but remember it wasn't your fault and he will payfor that,sometimes our Justice system fails to punish properly someone,but the divine Justice won't fail and for sure he will have a special place in hell.Try to move on,avoid thinking about what's happened and believe someday you will find someone out there and he will be madly in love and he will make you insanelly happy. It'S time to heal,but do not give up to live life to the fullest. May God be by your side holding your hands to jump this vale with you and soon you will find peace in your heart and souL

I filed October 2011. I checked it and it says there's its on initial review. what does that mean? I also called to ffup and told me that they're backlog and processing time now is abt 11 months. I am also on removal proceedings. I am so worried and stressed out. pls pray for me. thanks! god bless to everyone!!

You will be aright. I was in removal proceedings too. Once you get your approval its easy to get it terminated, keep strong , but i must tell you its gonna be a long wait, but it is worth it in the end

May 2009 married with USC, even now we still married, who has drug habit

Jan22nd 2011 mailed my I-360 to VSC

March 28th 2011 NBC transfer my I-485/I-130 to VSC

Sep 7th 2011 VSC sent me RFE letter to my former address, i never received it,but i do send my good moral evidence letter to VSC

March 16th 2012 VSC fee waiver for my I-131

You say you never received your RFE because they sent it to the wrong address. So how do you know that they were asking you for good moral evidence?

Why would you just send for good moral conduct they could of been asking you for something else who knows. You need to contact them to update your address and also have then resend RFE. Don't let your case be on hold because it could of been this or something entirely different they were asking for.

thanks love me and Lorphelpme, I left Seattle on Feb4th 2011 to pick up my birth certificate in my home country by following NBC director's letter, i think that is my removing letter.

Both NBC and VSC supervisor knew my case,without my approved I-360, my I-131 will never approved, then I never go back the state,although i still married with my USC wife for three years and two weeks now.

I wrote at least 10 letters to VSC after NBC staff checked my file and told me i have one require additional evidence letter sent by VSC on Sep 7th 2011 to my former apartment. But my landlord told me one new guy rent my apartment now,this brother throw my important letter. I will beat this guy after i go back Seattle.( i am kidding)

So I have to answer it by checking you guys RFE, such as joint bank account, no-criminal record, USC references, since i already mailed VSC me and my wife's joint tax return, lease document, my medical check out report, nothing else except that original RFE letter, yesterday i emailed VSC about this again.

my favor star Steven Mcqueen said "life is racing, anything before or after are just waiting", I think waiting is the worst thing in the world. feel just like capital punishment.
