Yulisa thank you ...iam begining to relax now and feeling better .This news will help me so much as my healthy isnt that well,,,,blood pressure,anxiety and panic attacks on me and insomnia is the order of the night .Thank heaven there's a God that is faithful ,who hear prayers and sees the tears of his people.All the best to everything on thier vawa petition.

Just recieved my vawa approval today in the mail actually yulisa was right it was approved august 16th when my i-485 was transfered to national benefits center ,I cried and was so emotional that my kids started crying hard to stop because they were wondering what was wrong with me ,I am sure yours too has been approved iam trying to find out how to put a timeline of my process.Wishing everying all the best and you in my prayers ,i understand and feel you pain been there too.

JANUARY 3rd 2011: filled vawa I-360,I-765,I-485

JANUARY 8th 20111:NOA for I-360.I-485 AND I-765 returned didnt send money for it,didnt know i was to pay(lol)

JANUARY 27th 1st 2011: RFE for I-360.....letter of good conduct

JANUARY 29 2011: sent back I-485 and I-765 this time with check enclosed.

FEBUARY 3 rd 2011:sent RFE

FEBUARY 8th 2011:process resume on i-360

MARCH 15th 2011: RFE on I-765 passport photos

MARCH 21st 2011: sent RFE on I-765

JUNE 23rd 2011:I-765 touched and approved

JUNE 27th 2011:I-765 card production

JUNE 30th 2011:EAD sent in mail.

JULY 5th 2011: EAD in mail sad thing have to return in,error on card made by uscis.

JULY 8th 2011:EAD sent back to vermont

AUGUST 16th 2011:I-485 transfered to national benefits center still no touch on I-360

AUGUST 20th 2011: Surprise mail from uscis VAWA was actually approved on AUGUST THE 16TH thank you Jesus !

Still waiting on my EAD no news and I checked on uscis website still no update or touch or change that vawa has been approved but have actual approval on paper ,for those waiting on their case to be approved dont worry if no touch or RFE ,i only had one RFE and for those thinking of doing it ,you can do it on your own read the instructions gather all documents .I didnt have any lawyer,no counseling ,no police report your own declaration(testmony)of what happend during the marriage explain in detail as much as possible of the abuse, your testmony plays the main role above all God.

nov 04 Went to interview by myself, told officer will aplly for vawa

11/04 I485 touched (still on initial review)

11/21 officer called lawyer about the I485 (btw: really nice IO)

12/10 apply for VAWA, without background check

12/11 lawyer drop off a copy of I360 for the IO

12/15 Prima faice received

12/18 sent background check, also sent a letter to IO asking to expedite the I485 to vermont to be linked with I360

12/31 I360 touched

08/04 Apply for EAD renew

08/18 receive NOA

08/26 new card ordered

08/31 new card ordered (again??)

09/01 notice of approval of I765... (where is my VAWA approval??? God help me...)

09/03 EAD arrived in the mail!! ufa!

10/03 Sent letter to renew prima facie and inquire about vawa status.

10/05 I360 touched- changed to "Request for evidence review" (WTH????)

Kymber22 when i go online and type my reciept# the last update of my I-360 is when they recieved the RFE in febuary thats all.No other update not even the approval.

Thank you Yulisa now I am waiting for the interview for i-485 cant wait to go home so I can go see my old mama and my siblings that I havent seen almost in 5 years.

could someone please tell me when i should expect the receipts etc... my I-485 was received last Monday, 6 days ago and i havent heard from them.

I just received the receipt notice for my I765 after 15 days... I think USCIS is taking longer than normal... :star:

nov 04 Went to interview by myself, told officer will aplly for vawa

11/04 I485 touched (still on initial review)

11/21 officer called lawyer about the I485 (btw: really nice IO)

12/10 apply for VAWA, without background check

12/11 lawyer drop off a copy of I360 for the IO

12/15 Prima faice received

12/18 sent background check, also sent a letter to IO asking to expedite the I485 to vermont to be linked with I360

12/31 I360 touched
