Brokenheart how was there today?. I advise you to go to your lawyer office and ask her part of your money back and fire her. She wont keep you informed and from now you can follow your case without her help.If you have any doubts about your Aos just post here or email me . RESPECT is a natural thing but when people treat us bad we must step up and demand respect. DO not allow people to get away with your money and not doing their job. Many things happen in our life beyond our control, but others are in our hands and we have to enforce them when people try to screw up..Do not allow anyone to treat you less than you deserve and you deserve respect and consideration.Speak out always my dear. We are here if you need some help.

Thank you Sandra and sorry for my late answer. I've been sick the past few days. I followed your advise, and I was able to obtain a copy of my bio-metrics appointment, but still I did not see the lawyer. It looks like my letter was at their office since and someone called her attention about it. She was working in a firm. I still don't know what is wrong. The bio metrics went well. It was for the AOS. The next day, I received in my own mail another appointment for bio-metrics again. this time to renew my work permit. Should I go again? I mean, do they have to take it twice? Meanwhile, I'm still married to my abuser and did not have the strength to start the divorce process yet. This is so traumatizing. I've been raped by that man, even when I was in my menstrual period. I don't want to see his face again. Will this affect my interview, should I divorce before? congratulations for all the approvals. God has an eyes on us. Lets pray.

Bossy, good morning. Did you get your mail for RFE? What are they asking from you?

I'm still waiting....my case was transferred to the local office 2 weeks ago and I haven't heard anything since then.

Feb 18th 2011 - filed I360, I485 and I765

Feb 21st - receipt notice received

Feb 27th - prima facie received

March 18th - letter for biometrics appointment for April 15th

April 15th - biometrics appointment done

May 15th - EAD approved

May 20th - received EAD card
