application to register permanent resident or to adjust a status have been transfer to uscis office can anyone tell me what this email means does is mean local uscis and what should i expect and how long after this email should i expect interview letter

So Hopeful does that mean that your file was at NBC for so long?? By the way what is NBC and why don't our files just go str8 to our local offices??

Transporter take all original documents that you submitted with your Vawa such as original birth certificate,passport, ID, proof of the violence suffered, affidavits from friends and family stating you had a genuine marriage, and proof of the bonafide marriage as well.May the Lord bless you.

Honestly I have stopping thinking what USCIS is doing....all I know is hopefully my file is transferred to the local office and I guess I should hear from the local office now....

For EAD for vawa send your application directly to Vermont. Have you already filed your I-485?

Giveusfree no this is gonna be my first time applying for EAD my ex never files AOS for me .. When I filed I 360

03/25/11 they told me to send I 485, I 765 all together but I did not .. Now it's been 14 months and I really need to work ... Help please !

Hi Ssisi10,

I think inorder for you to apply for an EAD you have to have a pending I-485. You can submit the applications at the sametime. If you go to USCIS website you should be able to download the latest applications and then just fill it out and send it in. I think you can ask for the I-485 fee to be waived but I am not sure.

Hi Bossy i hear initial evince is usually your tax info like w2 form or your sponsor info
