am tired of waiting God help me i was approved on December 26 2011 my case was transfer to nbc on December 31 2011 my file was touch on jan 2 2012 since then mo interview date what should i do i was an ex wife of usc and the priority date on my file is dec 7 2002 can any tell me what is going on

Wow.....it's been long. I think USCIS is taking longer to issue interview dates. I don't know why. I would recommend trying an infopass appointment. What is your lawyer saying?

Hi guys I have a. Question wondering if you guys are familiar with this. A friend of a friend said that she got approved for a u visa on circumstances I have never heard about. Her husband is out of status no green card that is and he physical abused her here in the us, she had a police report and was in a shelter. She applied for the u visa last yr and after a yr today got an approval letter. She says she doesn't get a green card immediately she gets the work permit and social security and after 2 yrs of being in good moral conduct she can file for a green card. Have anybody heard of this.

Ok I heard of a guy that also got something in that area also Ead and social he has to wait two years for a green card ( he's gay) . And from JA.

K she said once u were married it doesn't matter if it's with someon out of status once the abuse happen in the USA you can file for the u visa. Never to old to learn I guess
