hey Hopeful-2011 & Loveme !!!

well this is crazy last December VSC sent me a second Prima Facie extension (180 days.

after I sent back my RFE in Feb, I was sure to receive a decision within 60 days

of course after my 2 soft touched in the same month...

last Saturday I went to my mail box and I found a letter from VSC

well It was my third Prima Facie extension (60 days)

keep in mind guys I did not request a PF, I did not call the hotline

I did not send them an email and so far my second PF is not yet expired...

SMD!!!so now I have 2 Prima facie and no decision yet... really!!??? seriously!!???

so thats my situation right now, just wanted to let you know guys...

StillAlive... I noticed you filed VAWA by itself, then AOS & EAD a year later; was that with category C9? Did/are you working with an attorney or organization, or by yourself?

Just trying to get some info on what to do/where to go from here, and how... my VAWA is pending, but I haven't filed AOS/EAD

Please let me know...

for my EAD the category was C9, yes thats correct.

Hi Stillalive,

This is bizzare.....haven't heard anything like this before. Although, this might atleast point one positive thing. They have not forgotten about you and that's why they send you the 3rd PF without you requesting for it. They feel positive about your case and I think they are trying to buy some time.

Honestly my friend, if they had to deny your case they would have done it a long time ago. I think they are just buying time....which is a positive sign!!!

Waiting is hard.....but stay strong and hopeful. It will come soon. Good luck and keep smiling :)

Feb 18th 2011 - filed I360, I485 and I765

Feb 21st - receipt notice received

Feb 27th - prima facie received

March 18th - letter for biometrics appointment for April 15th

April 15th - biometrics appointment done

May 15th - EAD approved

May 20th - received EAD card

Sept 23rd - RFE received

Dec 14th - RFE response send

Feb 17th 2012 - filed for EAD renewal

Feb 23rd - received an email from USCIS: I360 APPROVED!!!

Feb 23rd - transferred my case to NBC

Feb 24th - receipt notice for EAD renewal

March 7th - RFE issued for EAD

March 13th - RFE response send

March 29th - EAD renewal approved

April 10th - received EAD card

so far we have, LOveme...filed in Jan.2011....got approval in March 2012

Hopeful-2011 ...filed in Feb.2011....got approval in Feb 2012

Memes...filed in March.2011....got approval in Jan 2012

Thanks so am guessing they are on or around march / aprill 2011 although before updating the processing times in April it said may I gues no one here filed in may. Oh well this wait s killing me ughhhh.

A quick note to those waiting on approvals please dont waste you time and energy looking at their processing time it will drive you crazy it's just one more misery to add to your life it never goes according to those dates. Telling you from experience . Good luck to all.

Hey Everyone,

Hang tight, I know it's easier said than done. I've been where you are right now, I know how frustrating the wait is wondering whether you will be approved or not. Just keep positive thoughts and go about your usually life. Don't think about it, I waited 20 months before I was finally approved. I always kept positive throughout the process and I met great people on this forum who supported me. It will eventually come. Good luck to everyone and god bless.

Clearly they've made a mistake ... I know your approval is on its way, i can feel it! ... it's so ridiculous how much mistakes they make and they don't understand how it affects us. UGH!! Stay positive my friend , I'm rooting for you and MyJay

Hi Guys,

Yes I am going crazy with all this...btw I dont know how to put my timeline because everytime I do it shows me my old timeline from when I was still a K1...? Ok. So I filed my Vawa the end of May 2011 with the I485..until now there is nothing! No touches no RFES...I dont know how much longer I can take this...This is so frustrating. And I thought after approved that they schedule the interview automatically in one or two month after...but I see some of you guys waiting 4 months with no date! Someone help me please.. I am feeling so lost...I feel like quiting sometime and going back to home country..=(

Hi everyone let me tell you what happened today.. My case filed 03/25/11 notice of recived I 797 nothing else ...after many many inquiries today I check my status online n my status has change Request for Evidence (RFE) after a 1 year and 1 month .. can Somebody tell me how long I have to wait for the letter on the mail? Honestly Really wanna see what they need... help please
